Yes, I’ve been working on this for years and years. Then this past Christmas I had a head injury which gave me a stroke. I couldn’t speak, and everyone around me was VERY upset. But aside from being annoyed that I couldn’t speak, I knew I was alright and everything would be ok. After a few days my speech came back and I was sent home. But I was far from being back to normal. The regular doctors had nothing to give at all, and even though I tried mightily, I wasn’t able to work a cure on my own. But even though my husband was in despair, I KNEW I was fine. Eventually two amazing doctors came into my life and I put myself into their care - still convinced that I was fine. Within two months I have not only returned to my former cognitive abilities, but I am now surpassing where I started from. I didn’t do it all by myself, I definitely had help, but that was the main lesson for me - to rest in the knowing, while attracting others to me who had abilities other than my own. We heal ourselves in conjunction with the wider Universe.

A similar experience like your childhood healing, happened to me. I had miscarried twice and was struggling with the losses along with accepting that I couldn't have children nor would there be grandchildren. We went to Washington State and there stood Mount Ranier on a clear sunny day. In the forest as I breathed in the fresh air, the mountain filled the void inside me. I no longer needed to shop & spend for fulfillment. I was full. Considering that I'm from Ohio, Mount Ranier was spectacularly majestic! ❤✌☯️

The reason I go to Sedona is to refill my cup. The moment I arrive there, I can feel my heart open and an aliveness within myself. The energy makes me so happy because it’s so high for me. It allows me to really connect with myself with the universe with others of like mind when I’m there. I too am a Gemini born June 18. I was guided to go there in 2014 for the first time. It was hard for me to imagine why because at that point I prefer to travel to Europe or other places, but certainly not the desert. But I found something very different in the desert. I do have a bit of a rough time when I go to Sedona, physically from dehydration, and the very first time I was there I literally felt ill. So it was an energy that I really had to align myself with in the beginning. Don’t get sick anymore. Just have a lot of fun, but I do really have to stay hydrated there! Thank you so much for showing me Sedona through your eyes. I just have to add I find it interesting that you say that you were seeking validation because I also recently realized that it was I who was not validating myself. I’m 71 years young so it took a while. 😂😂😂 Yes…. We just need to connect to our Christ consciousness as I would call it. Which is within each of us, and the energy within every living thing. God is in the stillness! You’re in the perfect place for the way you think!😂. Thank you.

Dear Cash💖...Finally watched this video and Oh yes, You are the voice of wisdom for sure. Since last July as an answer to a question I was asked, I have been sending esoteric spiritual energetic transmissions to a growing number of folks who are now all over the world. (I received spiritual initiations in 2004 that enable me to turn on the chosen transmission, out of 10 possibilities, which is possible for anyone who who has taken the same class). So some folks have been at this with me for many months with 2 week breaks between monthly sessions.. An old friend told me just a few days ago that she had been undergoing big transformations and especially in this the past week. Turns out she for the first time in her life had a sense of "Being" she has never felt before. I described it as being in the eye of a hurricane where all is still, where there is nothing to "fix" and all "seeking" has ceased. You nailed it my friend! And happy Belated birthday to you🎉💥😇🙏

I’m so happy you enjoyed Sedona in 2022. I was there September 30 till November 3 in 2022. It was the first time I have actually experienced hail while I’ve been in Sedona. I’ve been going there regularly since 2014. Several people have told me while visiting there that they saw a UFO on the way into town or something like that. I’ve never seen a UFO. I’ve seen scorpions drilling up through some of the driveways in mating season. I had no idea that’s what it was shocked to find out. It was all over the driveway at the house I was renting in 2018. However, in 2022 I had the occasion to sit out and enjoy my patio with my eyes closed in my shoes off my feet up in the back of the house I was renting, which was just three blocks off 89A in West Sedona. A day later, as I’m sitting at the dining table right in front of the sliding glass, doors, to the patio in the backyard and a wildcat walked slowly across my patio and the whole yard. I was kind of glad I wasn’t sitting out there with my eyes closed with no shoes on with my feet up THAT day! That’s the first one I had ever seen they’re all the years I’ve been going. He just seemed to be passing through. Anyway, I’m glad you got experience, my most favorite place in the United States! I love the energy there! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Namaste’

Really grateful that you have shared this with us, thank you. Travelled to that area over 30 years ago, we ended our trip in Sedona. Prior to that we camped in Chaco Canyon and visited the Hopi settlement there, that was very powerful. We then went to Boynton Canyon and camped at Cathedral rock. Overall the trip was very profound and I couldn't isolate one part over another. There really were not a lot of people throughout our journey, so I feel very grateful to have experienced it when I did. I learnt watching my Mum trying to get validation from her Mum, that she would never get it the way she felt she needed (not because my Grandmother didn't love her, they just didn't get one another) and I realised that has to come from within. I was in my early 30's then. But in life one heals and moves on and as we grow we level up and before we can move forward we then need to heal another level - it seems to be a lifelong process.

Hey, Cash! You've inspired me to make the pilgrimage to Sedona for a spiritual tune up. Once upon a time, I lived in Santa Fe, NM for a couple of years to dry out--from unbearably hot, humid summers in New England and and a miserable, spirit-sucking relationship. In SF, I had similar experiences to yours in Native American ceremonies and group meditation events out in the wilderness. Now, I gotta go to Sedona. A thousand thanks for sharing your adventures, pictures and wisdom. All the best from a fellow '56 kid, moon and Venus in Gemini! 🕉️

Wow. That ending message. Jeez. I need that tattooed where I can always see it. Well said. I went to Sedona this past August for my 60th birthday because I wanted to go to the vortexes and experience a pranic healing. I also had a past life regression which was a surprising experience. I felt energy quickly go through me on Bell Rock, so that concept of a worm zipping around makes perfect sense. I went to Airport mesa for sunset and watched the sun go down with about 60 other folks. There was an amazing didgeridoo player hauntingly accompanying the sun. Even in the heat of August, there were quite a lot of people, but I would go back :)

Long ago and far away, I lived in some mountains. A friend and I sat down in some ferns and were enjoying the day. As we sat there quietly, a group of people passed by on a path, completely oblivious that we were within 20 feet of them, wearing light colored clothing in a field of green ferns. They were all talking, and completely missed the special energy of the place. Quietude can be healing in itself, in a place of natural beauty. What I got from your discussion of healing is to live from the heart, to breathe in light/energy from above / within, and let it flow outwards. Most of us take in the energies of the environment, and react to that. I believe that the Inner creates the Outer, and not the other way around. 🧡

Yes, our humanness gets in the way as layers that separate us from our true core divine essence which is love. Yes, Joel Goldsmith was right, and having had these insights myself through meditation concretizes these truths in my own being and life such that they are no longer just words professed through someone else, but truth lived in my own experience. So glad to hear you realizing these truths yourself as well. Loved this video.

Of the many hours of Joel Goldsmith tapes I heard from my mothers huuuge collection is of his voice saying, "consciousness". This stands out. I also hear some iteration of ...Look not to man who's breath is in his nostrils for your sustenance (any 'gain' emotional, physical, psychological, monetary etc.) "I and my Father are One" All these messages also align with the wisdom from "Conversations with God" series of books and the missives given to/through Neale Donald Walsch. God is NOT separate from us; we are God Godding. Another touchstone of Goldsmiths wisdom is....."IS". (God is in the isness business.) I'm willing to share from my extensive library of his works; books and tapes; the tapes/lectures are available on youtube also. I hope you had a fab birthday....lovely of you to treat us to this! Thanks!

I love Joel Goldsmith. He was one of so many fabulous metaphysicians like Emmet Fox, Charles Filmore and Eric Butterworth. The truth is simple. Practice on the Earth plane is sometimes frustratingly hard because all our physical senses often tell us the opposite and it's hard to see through that. Luckily we are all here to support each other.

What a great video! I had watched your Sedona trip but this puts a lot into perspective. I was a memeber of Unity church and their teachings are similar to what Goldsmith wrote. The Filmores founded Unity and believed that prayer and positive thought would heal. Myrtle healed herself through their focus and taught others her system. My personal journey includes that positiveness, using NLP and knowing that the words "I AM" are the absolutely most powerful we can speak because what we put behind them creates our reality. "I Am whole and perfectly healthy" helped me heal after major back surgery. That, and sound through tuning tubes (432 & 528 hZ), golden milk (turmeric paste). vitamin D3, fish oil and prayer. Also, my cat Peach *demanded* to sleep on my chest the day I came home and would not take no for an answer. She slept on my chest every night for over a year, purring me to health and I give her equal healing credit.💜

That is so fascinating, Kelli. And of course I'm delighted that your back issues cleared up, or at least progressed at a good rate. Although I don't face health issues, I do all the things you mention as part of my daily routine, including having a cat sit on me. And I played those Solfeggio tones on a loop all day every day when I went to Jerusalem. It's because of those that I am doing the videos. It all works together in the end. The principles practiced Unity are a significant part of getting well.

Living in the physical world, which has an overload of things going on, can make us forget our spiritual presence or being-ness. For this reason I find it very helpful to have validation of Spirit and connection because I am reminded of who I am (Spirit). It makes good sense that it's the combination of those in attendance, of a service or gathering, that increases or creates the energy vibration of the higher self. It also gives validation to: "when two or more are gathered." -Thank you!

Agree. I wonder how or if coming at a service from the position of one's beingness, rather than trying to make a presentation, would make any kind of difference.

I'm going to go sit and attempt to digest this information, although that might not be conducive to the exercise. Okay, so I am going to sit and allow this information to come to me, be open, and loving. Lovely Cash. Thank you.

The wind makes it's difficult and a little unenjoyable to listen to. Great video...thank you.
