Enjoyed you video do you have a file to share on the tool you have made to mark middle of handle?
@computercreationzАй бұрын
because each type of tumbler is a different size I don’t offer that. if you look in the video when I’m in lightburn you can see my layout of that tool up and left of the tumbler layout

Excellent video walking through the process. We recently got a nova 51 100W and are very frustrated with the inconsistant results. Definitely not getting those easy cleanups. I'll try your settings and see if that makes a difference. When it comes to engraving I feel like my xtool d1pro 20w does a better job. Off topic, do you have either the 4" head or the high res head for your 35? Any difference?

since my tube and your tube are 100 watts my setting should be a good starting point. reach out to computercreations@charter.net and I will try to help

Have you tried barkeepers friend for cleanup? I use it on the tough colors and LA Awesome also. It really shines the stainless.

I’ve got that product but have never tried it on tumblers. I will give it a try

Thanks for the video! Have you noticed if having the bolt makes engraving the tumblers quicker?
@computercreationzАй бұрын
yes depending on the tumbler I can engrave tumblers at 1000mm/s on some colors

If you do a lot of tumblers, it would behoove you to buy a Cloudray fiber laser. At least a 50-watt one. The fiber laser is a lot faster, and your cleanup is a wipe with a rag, even the Navy blue tumblers. You know you want one!!!😅
@computercreationzАй бұрын
I have a fiber and would disagree with the amount of time it takes. if you have small designs it’s ok but unlike the design shown on the video larger graphics will require a rotary and using a rotary on a fiber is slower that my rf co2 tube laser for sure.
