Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, or worn. It is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace & gratitude.

Love that Jay identified how we often limit our definition of what a service can be. Something as simple as holding a door open can be a service in that moment, which is nice both for the other person, but equally can be for you

It is for me also. I live in Florida and we have, I think 2000 homeless children in my county. I buy all year long for the kids & teens. Couldn't imagine going to school without the stuff that most kids have when they go school. One of my favorite places to take things. The volunteers are always so grateful.

Hello Jay, Today I went with my dad to look for tiles for our home. While we were returning we found 3 to 4 monks just distributing bhagavad gita and krsna. I just thought of you while I was there. And we stopped to buy some. The monk was gracious and spoke quite politely we bought 2books and donated 1000 rupees and monk gave us another book. Although this experience was very simple it just had something which just gave a feeling of satisfaction Thanks Jay shetty

To find long-term happiness, you need to retrain your brain from a negative mindset to a positive mindset. Try these things: Spend one to two minutes looking for positives in your life. Do this three times a day for 45 days, and your brain will start doing it automatically.

I do not want to talk about it to anyone because everyone thinks I'm going mad or trying to become hypothetical.. My path is a bit unclear my words to do not do justice to my thoughts.. What you said was so simple and easily spoken but I can't speak words like you that easily. I think I'm still upto something , in the process of something.. MAYBE 😶

Great video, it reminds me 8 months ago, when I was so poor and broke that I could barely afford a meal a day. I remember that I had to take the biggest step in my life when I invested my last income with a specialist trader who works with a Forex trading company. It may seem little, but it took courage to know that investing was the right thing to do at that moment. Today, my small investment of just $ 1000 raised more than $ 150,000. Honestly, to succeed, you need to take a big step. That's where it all starts. Forex is also a good investment.

Jay just wondering if you could do a video about your parents and marriages.. My husband despises my family. I already told him how important it is for me.but he feels i chose them over him. He refuses to even bring my kids to visit them during Christmas etc.. So i end up going alone for all events.. Coz i dont want to make my kids sad and i dont want to fight also.. A video about husband adjustment just because you are married doesnt mean u dont care about your spouses parents and your spouses siblings would help me tell him by showing your video.
