@@NoizeLondon Nope, I bought some sample packs, also I found out that most percussions sounds in packs are kind of the same (maybe I’m wrong or bought the wrong packs?). Then I put post processing on each element if I feel like it. I’m not a fan of analog gear, only speakers 🤪

It's amazing knowing that saturation and distortion are also used in mixing drums, thanks for the tutorial. Ii am learning mixing through your wonderful tutorials. My favorite compression is Fab filter Pro C 2 in mixing drums

Waves CLA-76. My go to for almost everything. The attack at 12 o'clock is awesome 😎. Apart from that, the compressor on SSL E-Channel, again, on everything and LA-3A of guitars, piano or strings.

What the 76 does to the mids nothing else can… I use it more as a saturation than a compressor - do you?

My favourite compressor for drum bus compression is The Glue. For individual sounds I used the Waves CLA - 2A Great video sir 🤝

SSL Bus Compressor is my favorite compressor. 909 Is my favorite drum machine

I love a combo of the 808 and 909 together. SSL Bus comp works on everything its crazy.
