Awesome video. That is quite an undersized skimmer for such large water volume. Definitely been contemplating this with my new build. Do you think this is part of your success?

Thank you! For this system because we have so many corals compared to fish we dose nitrates and phosphates so a smaller skimmer is better because it still increases oxygenation and pH without removing too many nutrients.

How long does it take for acropora to start opening up if it was cut glued an moved to a new relatively stable system it’s about 7 months old

Usually they take a few days maybe a few weeks to open back up.

Low-light and feeding usually helps to color them back up, once it starts coloring up you can start moving it higher.
