Pros are so desperate to keep this information from the average person that they make video after video sharing this knowledge, hoping that no one will watch them.

And people watch it but don’t practice it and say it didn’t work.

Man. Multiple camera angles would've been super helpful. I really like knowing more about hand, wrist and finger position though. I will absolutely use this in my practice sessions.

Does it have the same effect if you bowl two handed

On your next video, it would be nice if you had some video from behind you. It’s difficult to see the ball motion and your different hand positions , also do some of the video in slow motion showing your release, thanks. Jim

Will do! We only had one camera for this session. We filmed like 4 videos and the other camera decided to die lol

Fingers under the equator, elbow in, quick thumb exit, and good timing will maximize rev rate. Cuffed, cocked and tilted wrist positions control tilt and axis rotation as demonstrated in this excellent video. As presented, speed control is also extremely beneficial to adjustments made and applicable to lane conditions. Now, go practice. 🎳

Not everyone can get under the equator for physical reasons, so it’s nice to know other methods to increase power.

I don't think pros are afraid of Joe Blow gaining some rev rate

Doesn't hurt though. Even regional and local tournaments have high rev rate bowlers cashing. The ones with weak rev rates hit the 3 pin all tournament long LOL!

Well, I can actually tell you that is not true. I spoke with a good touring pro and he did not want to tell me exactly his secrets to his release, because he didn’t want that knowledge out there.
