Did play against some strong indian players in post OLT high ladder 6v6ss But the sad part is that Indians aren't seen much in vgc for which I hadn't got a chance to battle them in player's cup 4 /pc invitationals and other drafts leagues Just predicting to see worldwide competition in the upcoming bss invitationals Gotcha defeat them all

maybe you should just skip through low ladder by being super aggressive or use snowball teams, then at mid ladder you don't have to worry about randomness as much

I just don't like to play this. I first select my favourite pokemon, then build a team depending on types and roles. And then try to win with that team. Obviously we lose many matches but playing with pokemon just because they are strong doesn't give me fun.

*insert Karen's quote* It is still very much possible to make a good team with and win with your fav mons, as far as you know what it does, and get it in that exact role, it's pretty workable in the correct team For ex if you really like Umbreon, but you use it as a choice bander, it's obviously not gonna be good. However, if you use it as a wish passer, it will put in work There are many examples but you proly get the point With that being said, you proly know, by using those mons you'll be using an overall worse mon than its competitor. For ex a lot of good mons are unranked not because they are bad, but because they are outclassed. This also applies to a lot of 'roles'. For ex, skarm is never used as a defogger because corv is just simply better in that role

try playing lower tiers if your team has too many weak mons, if your team is super unbalanced and you're forced to play upper tiers with really bad pokemon just try to use strong pokemon that check overly aggresive and meta defining pokemon. for example in the OU tier without a good check to kyurem, volcarona, rilaboom and ways to break the bulkiest mons you will most likely not have a fun time in higher ladder. i know it sucks but that's just kinda how metas manage to coexist, you have to pair op mons with op mons

Guys don't misunderstand me. I select my favourite pokemons from the same tier so that they are viable in that tier. Example I would select Rillaboom, Dragapult, kyurem. But I won't select ferrothorn, instead I will chose toxapex for the stall role.
