"The secret to living is GIVING. Do it when you don't have it; & I promise you, scarcity will leave your life." ~ Tony. Thanks.

I never cry. Last time I cried was a year ago. But this video, his message...I understand now. After 15 years of my life of trying to understand, I finally get it. Give without expectations. Don’t give with the expectation of getting something in return. Just give what you can. Money, a listening ear, act of service, whatever it may be. I was tired, extremely tired, of living in lack. I leave for Marine Corps boot camp on May 4th 2020, and instead of wondering what the Corps can do for me, I feel invigorated to give back to my country, and my heart swells with fucking joy. Now I know. Now I understand. Thank you so much, Tony. Thank you.

Hey Leo, I stumbled on this video this morning and was just curiously scrolling through the comments. In a time like this when there is so much uncertainty in the world and our country for sure; videos like these can mean the difference between a great day, a bad day, or the worst case scenario. Like Tony said in the video and you echoed so well in your comment, it starts with just giving! Tony Gave us his story in this instance and which in turn caused him to give us the video and so on. You my friend have given a lot. A lot more than most will ever have the ability or opportunity to give by electing to serve this country! With so much division in the world; especially here in the USA I feel as if depending on if you decide your party is represented by a red elephant 🐘 or a blue donkey determines somehow the support you have or makes some decisions ok and others not. Regardless when I saw your comment I was just feeling the same emotions but for different reasons. I may not have financial independence or finances in general but what I can offer to give is my honest and genuine respect and appreciation for your service to this country and providing a safer and brighter future for my children and I! I hope your basic is or has gone well and wish you nothing but the best and the very best at that in the future! Thank you for giving so much with very little incentive or expectation for anything in return!

Strong message! Most people are like "when I have enough money, I'll start giving to others" but I like a different approach. Think in percentages. Giving away just a few % of your income may change someone's life. And the best part is that it doesn't matter what your income is, percentages stay constant. Thanks Tony.

'It's not what you can get, it's what you can give'. Doesn't have to be materialistic either. Can be kind and generous in how you speak or treat others.

Like it reads " It's in giving that we receive, it is in forgiveness that we are forgiven " One need not just flgive money, we can give our valuable time, our energy, our support, our care, words of appreciation and encouragment, a correct advice, and if nothing then a beautiful smile 😊😇 thankyou so much @tonyrobbins !

I have seen this video many times from Tony, and never fully grasped what he meant. Only recently I read the book called the Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann, I came back to this video and now fully understand what he means by the secret to living is giving. And since implementing this, I could not agree more with this. Truly life changing! Thank you Tony 🙏

Thanks Tony for the reminder, that 'true' riches and happiness dont always come in 'monetary' form...often true riches and happiness often comes by giving simple things to make a 'positive' difference in someone's life...there will be always be someone worse off, and to get over 'our selves' is to 'give' in 'whatever' form (money, friendship, time, skills, compassion, etc...), I truly believe in giving, and have seen it returned in a million different ways...should be taught offen, especially concerning finances!!!

+patty cu i think it is a very important principle but i agree, i don't believe you should be extreme in anything and i certainly don't believe in some divine intervention that is going to take care of me if i gave the last from my wallet away, just hasn't been my experience, but giving is important, in many ways

"Whenever you give, it's always gonna come back" - so where the heck is the inspirational part?! That's not giving, that's plain trading.
@fitzgeraldmistral978 жыл бұрын
+Corneliu Nicoara You forgot the 'WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE IT' part. To give in that state is truly NOT trading, unless trading with some greater power, and not human beings or the material world, is somehow bad or not at all inspirational and purely mundane to you. He almost said GOD there. If your argument is humans are not to give anything for some greater good that you cannot perceive in the now but believe to be the right thing to do, then you're stuck in a very materialistic, egotistical thinking paradigm. The idea of giving without expecting a return while knowing that there is a return because of universal laws is what liberates you from scarcity.
8 жыл бұрын
+Fitzgerald Mistral No, man, I haven't forgot any part.
@SuperEddie02288 жыл бұрын
+Corneliu Nicoara the wealth is created in the giving. And the way you get it back is not always financial. it could be in so many different ways sometimes it's just in the giving that you are rewarded by just the feeling you recieve from helping another. I think you may have missed the message he was trying to give us. I hope this helps. And I hope your life is touched in so many great ways by this
