I gotta say, that is that absolute most fitting hairstyle I’ve seen on a person. I have never looked at someone and said, “wow their hair really ties everything together” until now. You’ve changed my perspective on hair entirely, and needless to say I like the cut.

Great video! I’m cutting right now so this was a great perspective at the right time. I’ve completely cut out bread and swapped for eating everything over salad and it’s been working great. Thanks for the info 🌱💪🏻

Stumbled upon the vegan protein review video, loved it! Started watching your other ones. Wish there was more videos, super informative. Should consider reducing the unnecessary bits: grocery shopping, writing things out on the board (perhaps consider doing it on an illustrator software and just add it to the video so it’s even more clear to us, viewers). In all will continue to check out the other videos and website! Great job!

This is funny, but your video is the 2nd I've seen today that mentions Wegmans. I grew up in Rochester, NY so you're bringing back memories. :-)

I really appreciate you showing us what you’re eating in a day! I would to be lean! And hopefully put on muscle! Like today! I made oatmeal for breakfast! With walnuts! Flaxseed! Plant protein powder! A strong coffee! Then 🍌 fruit smoothie!! For lunch! I made a tofu rap with hot sauce! I might have a whole grain cereal for dinner!

Do you get any gas/bloating eating that volume of fiber, cruciferous foods, protein, beans etc.?? If so how do you combat it?

I want to know too because my stomach doesn’t look lean but arms and legs look leaner so I can’t tell if it’s working

Our bodies will adapt to that with time.

As far as I heard, there are many different kinds of bacteria in our guts. If you eat a lot of x it feeds the bacteria that processes x and therefore there is lots of bacteria that can process x. If you rarely eat y however there won't be much bacteria for that and that doesn't feel very good - but luckily over time the bacteria population can adapt.

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. No matter who you are that amount of fibre will see you spending time on the🚽🚽🚽

Potatoes are not that high in calories.. plain white potatoes have 700 calories per kilo, so 400 calories of potatoes would be more than half a kilo. I use them to get more volume than say rice, sure, you can eat a lot more broccoli for the same amount of calories but potatoes are very high on the satiety scale.

It is a hybrid of broccoli and gai lan. SMaller heads and longer stalks, more tender than standard Broc.
