What about when eating legumes, grains and veg causes horrendous uncomfortable bloating and gas?!

You can have anything on keti diet, the thing is the amount. There's veggies and fruits that perfectly fits keto diet, but if you want to eat candy and bread while in keto you're going to eat just crumbs of it 😂 so why bother?

I am doing Keto/Paleo combination to help with anxiety and gut problems. So really the only things that are missing are sugar, grains and high carbs. I've read you can do a combination of both.
@stelagirl943 күн бұрын
Low carb/keto may not be perfect but it’s infinitely healthier than the standard western diet of ultra processed “food”. Just look around, most people have cancer, diabetes, obesity, and/or heart disease. It’s killing us.

This video is littered with misinformation. The calorie theory is complete BS. Look at those on a carnivore diet who eat pounds of high fat, high calorie meat (over 3000-4000 calories). They're thin and ripped. Additionally, carbs are not essential nutrients--only protein and fat are considered essential. However, attempting a vegan diet is always a noble cause.

Thanks for this video. Lots of great knowledge to ingest. As far as workouts go I personally recommend starting every single workout with the rowing machine. If anyone reading this doesn't already do so, check it. It will change your game.

Glad you enjoyed the video! Appreciate the recommendation. Rowing is definitely an underrated full-body workout. Great way to get the blood flowing before hitting the rest of the routine!💪

Great video!! So simple and straightforward. What is the nutrient tracker used during the nutrient breakdown section called?
@TheVeganGym2 күн бұрын
Glad you liked the video! The nutrient tracker used in the breakdown section is Cronometer. It's a great free tool for analyzing macros and micronutrients!

I hope people know sodium and sodium chloride is not the same. Sodium chloride contains round about 38% sodium, so 1,5g sodium is 3.9g sodium chloride. If you go 2,3g sodium it will be 6g sodium chloride.
