KZbin is cutting the videos with bunch of ads. I don’t mind ads at the beginning or the end of a video but this way it ruins the whole purpose of this kind of video. This is new, it never used to happen before on this channel.

as I watch this video, the feelings that arise in me, overwhelm me. there's nothing in my whole life that I ache for more, than true love and real friends, and I'm 42 years old now, and never ever in my whole entire life have I had either. from the depths of my soul, I wail out in despair at the agony and injustice and pain of this. I die in loneliness and in grief and in rage and in shame...

I the the book called the Sedona Methods in 1985. The book was introduce by my lecturer Prof Yalof at the QCC, CUNY in Baydise. at that time I wish I took the course. now I am in my home country Indonesia. but thanks to youtube I can follow the methods from far away. I hope DR Yalof is this around. God bless her

I think this is a great idea, but for me the execution is simply too hurried. You ask me to welcome in feelings to control or change a situation and before I've had time to feel those feelings and welcome them, you've moved onto 'now can you just let it dissolve'. I feel like there's a little too much talking and not enough time to focus on the 'welcoming'. Can't thank you enough for the intention, and the perspective. Thanks.

This isn't releasing. Releasing is bringing up the feelings we don’t like and focusing on them, while at the same time objectively observing the "I" that feels angry, afraid, sad or ashamed. You can't "let the anxiety dissolve" unless you first allow it to come up. Nor can you release it if you are entertaining any thoughts about the circumstances that prompted it. And regarding those circumstances: this world is nothing but an illusion, exactly like a dream; yet Hale speaks of “you” and “the world” as if they were real. As Lester Levenson said (The MInd Mirror, 1966) The real Happiness our natural state, and is independent of people of things. Any time it’s dependent upon anything outside of ourselves it’s an ego-pleasure, which must necessarily have an ego-pain after it. And yet all joy that we feel in this world is only the feeling of the Self, more or less. Even though we attribute it to someone or something outside, that feeling of joy that we feel is nothing but the Self. And so I say, all joy has its source in the Self, and all misery that we feel has its source in the ego. And there’s another way of letting go of ego: every time we feel unhappy, look for the ego-motivation. There’s something we want, and we’re frustrated and we’re unhappy. Seek the ego-source; you see it, you’ll automatically let of of it and you’ll feel happy again. Another way of saying it is: “There’s nothing out there but our consciousness.” Whatever we see wrong out there, the mote is in our eye. A master sees nothing but perfection, in you, in everyone and in everything. There is only the truth: the absolute, eternal, infinite, unlimited joy, omniscience, omnipresence, all-glorious. That’s all there is in truth. Anything other than that is the falsity, the appearance, the delusion, the maya. So what you ask is, “Well, isn’t this maya true?” And the only thing I can say is, “No, it isn’t.” See the truth and you’ll see that everything is absolutely perfect.
