The buyer seems like a great guy, I hope he will be happy with the car. When I buy cars which are located long way from home, I always drive the cars back home. I do this because I really like the long tour in the "new" car, but also because I dont want any other people to handle my car.

When i purchase my 2003 Bentley Arnage T I was in tears I drove it off the lot in Santa Barbara California in april 2018 till this day has been a good car and I would never part ways with it. They are lifetime cars and you took care of it I would consider Of you buying another one Josh they are captivating.

I just bought a mint 1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow. The seller would NOT sell me the car UNLESS I would ship it from Calif. to NC in an ENCLOSED trailer. I understand now why! The process was exactly like your video with wiring the money and he sending the title with overnight delivery! HONEST VIDEO. Much APPRECIATED!

Congrats on your purchase! I had mine shipped to me on an open trailer without issue, but that was a short trip (Houston to Dallas). I was shocked to see his video.

After much consideration as to which RR or Bentley to buy 6 years ago, I settled for a 1986 Spirit which cost me just over £7,000. I have spent much on repair and improvements including an LPG conversion. It makes me feel a little easier on the carbon footprint issue. The slate grey interior of my car was a real selling point as it’s in beautiful condition. The mechanical side is straightforward and there are two SU carburettors, no ecu’s , no active ride or even anti lock braking. It’s a basic car, but no less satisfying for that and I have gained much pleasure from doing much of my own maintenance. The Spur is of course the LWB version and very big indeed for UK roads. I’m very fond of my Spirit ( in Georgian Silver, so an appropriate colour) and it doesn’t represent hugely expensive driving and maintenance.

My car was likely just the first pick-up on the way to Florida from Texas. When the truck arrived at the buyer's location, there were a few more cars loaded.

It went to the right owner. I'd take less for a car like that too knowing that it's gone to a good home - you definitely did the right thing selling to that guy 👍

How about upgrading to a 1998-2004 ROLLS-ROYCE Silver Seraph? Whole the Bentley got the attention of vslets when you pulled in front of a restaurant, a Rolls-Royce will get their attention from way down the street! There's no mistaking that distinctive Grecian temple grill topped by the Spirit of Ecstacy hood ornament!

@@JoshsWorld You could also grtva latev1980's through late 90's Silver Spur or Silver Spur II. I've seen some with under 50,000 sell for less than $35K ! Even as old as they are, they still catch the eye and command respect! Why? It all goes back to the grill. That Grecian temple grill and Spirit of Ecstacy is pure Rolls-Royce.

That gut punch you're talking about is exactly the reason why i can't seem to accept the idea of selling my '09 Arnage R. It's a double magnolia, won 1st place in 2019 Huntington Beach, California Concours de Elegance. 97 point car. Lives in Orange County, CA. One of only 3 '09 examples of double magnolia imported into U.S. per Bentley factory records. Have build sheet. Extremely rare car in nearly mint condition, more rare than 150 examples of the '09 Final Edition which have sold for up to $120,000. I'm the 2nd owner, has 10,000 miles on it from new, in immaculate condition. reminisce I've heard more than one Arnage owner say their next one would be a Bentley Brooklands. They're rare and pricey, upwards of $120,000 recently. opulence

Geezuz how many years ago the the States send a man to the moon and all they had was one job - ok yeah I know time to move on - your next car - have a look at Jay Leno's Turbo R .... surely thats the PMC ( as in Proper Motor Car for the uninitiated) 'for you ? - stay safe stay at home - our curve is just starting to trend nicely where i live in Oz, its beautiful thing to drive my green label Arnage to the supermarket or even sometimes self isolate and OD on the smell of real leather in the Arnage
