This was our ancestral home for thousands of years. I’m fact I was the first person in my family born in the capital Addis and wow the high-altitude adaptation we developed over the years is real! Not that Addis Abeba itself is a sea-level city lol but I’m definitely grateful whenever I’m in the Gonder/Simien area or any mountainous parts of the world. It feels like home and where I can actually breathe. Thank you for sharing this video 🙏🏽
