The Seti Astro Suite of Scripts

Seti Astro has come out with an amazing set of scripts that can really make life easy for both beginner and more experienced imagers. I show a simple narrowband partial workflow for beginners here up to the point of actually combining the images. At that point you have a range of options to produce a colour image, for instance my own Foraxx Palette Utility or Adam Blocks NB Colour Mapper script (but that would be for another video).

Great overview! Im just honored that you covered them! You are a legend in the community! I have been a huge promoter of your Foraxx Palette Utility in all my narrowband imaging tutorials. I also always considered my Statistical Stretch as a base stretch determined by the image properties themselves, then that sets you up to hit it with GHS or curves to make your artistic contrast tweaks.

What if your repository doesn't work , can you still add scripts ?

There is an option to repair your repository updates file if it isn’t functioning. Otherwise, SETI Astro does have the scripts available on the website which you can add to PI directly.
