Ooh yes. It’s all coming together. If the current samsara cycle is based on a culture Natlan is based on, I’m sure the story will be huge!

Indeed. I wonder if we'll see anything like a phoenix since it's related to fire and has a resurrection theme. Natlan may be the "land of dragons" but if chickens apparently evolved from dinos...then maybe phoenixes evolved from dragons....?@@ShadowXImpact

the funny thing about Khaenri'ah is that the Sal Vyndagnir civilisation (Dragonspine pre-Celestial Nail) was already speaking of the founding of the Kingdom of Khaenri'ah, which would place its beginnings around the Second Samsara or Hyperborean Cycle in Teyvatian history. It's very interesting that Khaenri'ah managed to survive (or I guess you could say, *under the radar* because they were underground heh) for two entire cycles before finally biting the dust.
@ShadowXImpact
@ShadowXImpact 11 ай бұрын
It's probably because they were underground, that they managed to survive two whole cycles. Considering that the nation was built on the ruins of yet another section of the unified nation, who knows, maybe their concept of time was also weird like Enkanomiya. It all depends how much underground Khaenri'ah actually is, I guess...

If Capitano becomes native from Natlan, i bet his true name is so damn linked with Tezcatlipoca. And btw, what a good idea was to use the influences of the mythologies of the world with phylosophies included to create a game tha has become an Ode to our world and history, all originated in Asia. Makes me think there is a abyssal gap of creativity and auntheticity here in the West in the matter of making good fantasy videogames or stories.
@ShadowXImpact

I wonder if Capitano is from Natlan.... It would be nice if he ended up actually being Menogias, though... What I'm really interested, instead, is his face, or lack thereof. Doesn't it look like there's nothing inside the helmet? By the way, I'm one of those people who loves the fact that this game has so much world culture in it, that you just need to research a single name to learn about something you've never heard of before. In the west, I think we are more focused on powerful nations of the present that will become even more powerful in the future, or we just go for post-apocalyptic worlds created by those same powerful nations. We have so much history, so many mythologies and cultures, but we fail to use them 90% of the times, and it's a shame. Thankfully, there are those who, instead, see their value and their potential!

That theory is interesting, but it doesn't explain Lumine being in two different cycles but still repeating the same stuff that she did in Khaenri'ah instead ofnpreventing them. I like how you and me both share the same idea about samsara cycles in my personal opinion. I feel like like some star cycles can be pretty much anything whether it’s a reincarnation, or a resurrection, or even an incarnation like nahida with ruhkkadahvata to put more deeper meaning on it, I believe that samsara cycles are not just cycles of repeating, but more so the concept of death and rebirth. I personally always that that a samsara was not just the repeat of a past but in a way a new life of the previous person or being and I think this is best represented by the archons or more specifically nahida and furina for starters ruhkkadahvata does say nahida is her in a new samsara but what I find interesting is the archons constellations and how they reflect the vision casing of there respective nations and since nahida is ruhkkadahvata in a new samsara and all the archons cons are similar in shape of the visions then likley ruhkkadahvata has the constellations as nahida but with a difference image and descriptions on the cons even though ruhkkadahvata says nahida is bound to have a different fate from ruhkkadahvata that doesn’t mean there fates won’t be similar if nahida is her in the new samsara basically what I am saying is what if reincarnations/ incarnations or creations of a being are bound to have similar fates to it because there related to that being the best example if furina and folcalore in a sense furina is folcalore in a new samsara and what’s interesting is how folcalore was a human being ascending to godhood and becoming the next Hydro Archon or at least she was part human and furina the prophecy she’s essentially that director in the performance and you know what’s interesting furina wasn’t a full human like folcalore sines folcalore was still a oceanide and we know ocean can split themselves into smaller fragments and that she was the director of the performance of Fontaine and you know it’s interesting furina also has a similar fate or path most notably in 4.3 where she’s the director of a movie coincidence? I think not just like the other archons furina has the same con that depicts the vision casing of her nation and has a short description in her profile that talks about there ideal so this makes me wonder if furina will ascend to god and become the new god of justice though the Hydro Arcon throne is no more. There’s no reason why she still can’t be a god this might be a stretch theory, but maybe I’m still in denial about her not being the archon since she was the most unique out of them all also navias gameplay is fucking cute definitely wishing for her

We've kinda always known, especially after Sumeru, that there is a cycle of birth and rebirth, because that's what the leylines do in the first place, and since the stars, that contain the memories of people, don't fall down when someone dies, they must have had a meaning anyway. When it comes to Rukkhadevata and Nahida, we do need to remember that they are a special case, so we can't really take them as an example for the rest of Teyvat too much. There wasn't a real cycle of death and rebirth with them, since Rukkhadevata took a branch of Irminsul and created Nahida herself, it wasn't a natural, spontaneous even. Plus, both of them are branches of Irminsul, that's why they are the same, but because every branch is different, despite being from the same tree, they are also different, in their case it's their fate. When it comes to Furina and Focalors, there's also another problem. Focalors and Furina are the same person, they shouldn't be considered as different people. They are aspects of the same being, one is the divinity, and the other one is the soul and body. Furina can't also be really considered a human, at least not before Neuvillette's sentence. She is still an Oceanid, and the Oceanids were created by Egeria, so they are higher beings compared to humans. As a consequence, we can't really say that Furina is a human that ascended to godhood. It's an Oceanid, a higher being, that ascended to Godhood and then received a human body. Still, considering that now that she is, indeed, a real human that received a vision, she is an allogene, so she is a candidate for godhood. She can, actually, become a God, although we don't really know how it really works, since it has never happened before. Well, unless that's what happened with Vanessa. We know that she ascended to Celestia but we don't know if that was possible because she, maybe, got a vision during her life. Well, if she didn't get a vision, considering her ambition and righteousness, then no one should have one! The vision inlay, it's interesting that the constellation resembles the vision, but wouldn't it be a problem if, for example, Makoto and Ei had the same constellation? If the constellation defines one's fate, then Ei should have died just like Makoto, and that didn't happen... Maybe that's too deep and wasn't really considered in the lore making process?

@@ShadowXImpact well with ei and mokoto being sisters with there only differentiating trait is their personality I like to think of them as they were supposed to be the same being especially since they both shared the title as gods of eternity i like to think that they both shared the same consolation, but with different images of themselves because raiden does say she was born from the most terrifying incarnation of lightning, and if both her and her sister are the same age, then they were both born from the same source and since ruhkkadahvata and nahida we’re both created from the same source, then the same applies to ei and mokoto though the only difference is that they were both born at the same time it’s kinda hard to explain but think of it this way ei is the thunder (the shadow as she calls herself) and mokoto is the the lightning because of her being the real ruler of inazuma since she is the original electro argon in held the title of it the reason I bring this up is the fact that thunder and lightning are dependent of each other yin and yang kinda thing and since they are essentially somewhat of the same thing not entirely since they both do different things they it would make sense why ei and mokoto we’re both born together they do have the power of electro after all which means They are in a sense thunder and lightning. But since her sister is dead the shogun takes the part as thunder and ei as lightning since she says she’s no longer the shadow plus inazumas main theme was the concept of duality I think it’s a little unclear, since the story was kind of a mess I mean it wasn’t bad, but it could’ve definitely been better anyways since inazuma was all about duality is it not uncommon for thunder and lightning to be represented as ei and mokoto this is why they probably have the same or similar constellations, though they are different beings there fates align with one another Because they were both born from the same thing at the same time, so do not technically the same person, but more so have intertwined fates (I did not intend for that pun😭) anyway to explain the recent Samsara I like to think that ei’s new samsara started the second mokoto died making a new beginning for ei since their fates were both intertwined with one of them dead that leaks without light so with ei opposing herself as her sister since they both impersonalized eachother to rule equally ei had to be the new lightning like how she became the new Archon for venti and zhonglis samsara cycles I believe zhonglis new samsara happened the second the war of the dragons had been defeated with him being born mostl likely during the war like egeria but much later which is essentially why he has two constellation names in his story quest one he currently has the New World order and the other being his past one it actually align with neuvillette because it said that somewhere he has retained some memories from his old life, and since he is a reincarnation of the previous hydra sovereign, and then him having memories of his previous life, essentially means that he has to cons since he was both born before and after the new world as for venti i like to think he’s another soon to be god of time that isteroth created to bring hope to humanity and give being a chance of survival so in a way venti is isteroth in another samsara if she did create him

@@isaiahhaley4816 I don't really know if the puppet can be something, but I do see why she would be the storm. It would be fitting, actually. As for Zhongli, I think his second half of the samsara began with whatever happened in Khaenri'ah that led him to strike a deal with the Tsaritsa 500 years later. We know pretty much nothing about him during the cataclysm. It could also be when Azhdaha lost his mind to erosion, which could be the first time he had to face it and caused his fear to end up the same way, leading him to his faked death. I don't believe, though, that Zhongli is as old as the Envoy Age. It feels like he's slightly "younger" than that, still considering his around 6000 years old. The names of the story quests, though, may mean nothing. Zhongli, much like Neuvillette, wasn't released as the Geo Archon, people had to find out through the Archon Quest since he was officially dead, so they couldn't just write Lapis Dei, or people would have known in an instant. When I started playing the game, I didn't look things up, so I was one of the few people who didn't see him being the Archon coming, for example. If I read Lapis Dei, especially since I studied latin, I would have had some doubts about him. Neuvillette doesn't really have a constellation, he says it himself. He is his own constellation. Leviathan Judicator is a constellation the Melusine came up with because they liked reading the astrology column of the Steambird. As for Venti, you probably remember that I think he's sharing his body with Istaroth, so that's my theory about him. She is simply hiding inside of him and she comes out whenever she needs to. That's why she literally disappeared when he became the Archon, and why she was in Khaenri'ah but we know nothing of what Venti did back then

Are we all overlooking the fact that that the if the Tsaritsa gets the Natlan Gnosis then she has all the seven Gnoses and then she can revive the third descender/whatever and start a war against celestia between the end of the end of the Natlan quest and the start of the snheznaya quest so the everwinter without mercy might actually be what happens after she detrones the heavenly principles and she sit on their throne, to quote dainsleif that the throne is not for us, but then we get to shneznaya aka the end of our journey and we meet our sibling and together we may even try to stop the cataclysm from happening so that the tsaritsa doesnt ever change and all the things her subordinates did didnt happen so she is redeemed and hoyo can make her into a morally acceptable character and make big money from cryo mommy. It would be kinda crazy if I got even one thing right.

Although it would be a reasonable development of the story, that would prevent us from ever exploring Snezhnaya and meet the various character from the nation, so I doubt that things will be set in motion before we even get there. This means that there are two possibilities (that I can think of, at least): 1)The Tsaritsa doesn't get the Pyro gnosis, so we will be able to get it before Capitano does, and then we will go to Snezhnaya, so we will bring it there ourselves; 2) the Tsaritsa needs us, another descender, to bring the third descender back to life, since we will have gathered all seven elements when we will get to Snezhnaya, so we will be basically the same as the third descender. I honestly hope in the first option, because that will mean that we will join the Tsaritsa and give her the gnosis voluntarily, which would be an interesting development of the story. We know that we will befriend her, so maybe this is how we will do it, by recognizing that her goal is not so evil after all. I mean, the Tsaritsa wants to bring down the heavenly principles, and we all think that she's evil, but Focalors did the same, but she's a hero in our eyes?

@@ShadowXImpact Thank you for your answer, and, if I may ask, what role do you think the Abyss sibling will have in the story, and also who might the sinner be.
@ShadowXImpact
@ShadowXImpact 11 ай бұрын
@@lamp9039 you're welcome, I try to reply to every comment by the way XD Anyway, I think the siblings may end up being the two powers that will prevent the destruction of Teyvat. The abyss is still part of Teyvat, so it's power is also essential to the microcosm. As such, Lumine wielding the abyss power and Aether wielding the seven elements, will probably be like the two sided of the coin when it'll be time for the final battle. I tend to think that the anime will take place after Teyvat is released on the old world, so I guess that seeing both of them holding hands, will mean that they will be able to save the world. As for the Sinner, my best bet is that he is Phanes, the shade that created the microcosm going against what the Primordial One asked him, so that could be the reason why it's chained as if it has been punished there, but also because he created Teyvat inside the egg he was born from, so the egg was never broken, he never hatched, as a consequence, he must be still inside. If it's Phanes, it would also explain why he would have the power to remove the curse, since he's a shade.

I have a different theory I think Natlan refers to the last stage of an alchemical process, I basically believe Theyvat is manufactured and the Khaenri'ahns inherited this gift. This angered the gods because they wanted to have this gift alone. There is a story about the river of Rhine there somewhere but I cant place it. So I basically think Theyvat is manufactured of a dream, and the Gnosis was used to build that. This means that Theyvat fades away the moment people stop believing it is real. I have always reacted to the archons power being derived from the peoples faith. It implies that they are not actually there just a consequence of the data Irminsul picks up. Theyvat than is connected to the Abyss, and the Abyss IS real, or more real, this creates complication because the Abyss feeds Irminsul with memories that are real, and Irminsul creates them into a reality. The consequence of this is real people lliving inside a dream, which is not as glamorous as it sounds. Basically they cannot get out, and after returning 7 times to Theyvat through the Leylines they know their true self. Irminsul is nurtured with memories from what the world was like, the tree transform these into fruits these fruits function the same way the stars used to the branches of Irminsul becomes the real sky of Theyvat. The actual stars were hidden away in the Abyss to store the memories of the archon war in order to recreate the Old World. Fate can thus never change because they are based on a preordained destiny with a fixed point in time meaning the archon war is going to repeat itself and we are rapidly reaching that conflict.

The problem is that Khaenri'ah never reached rubedo, they stopped at Citrinitas, which is also what the Ordo said. Alchemists consider both the philosopher's stone and real gold as red, while Khaenri'ah stopped at the yellow version of gold, the "fake" one. Teyvat is, indeed, woven with the stuff of dreams, but I don't think it's the humans' dreams. The dreams of the people are cyclically reused, but that's the concept of fate. It's a prediction based on people's experiences rather than a fixed outcome. Just like Focalors did, people (and by people I mean the beings that were created inside Teyvat) are capable of changing their fate if they know how fate works and that they can do it. Focalors knew that fate could be deceived and how to do it, so she was successful. I don't know about Teyvat or the Archons fading away if people stopped believing in them, though. Nahida had a very low following because of what the Akademiya did, and the only result was her powers being not very strong, not her existence being at risk. In Liyue, people think morax is dead, so they believe they don't have an Archon anymore, but he's still around. The abyss is real, of course, it's the other half of the microcosm that acts as a power plant to keep everything working. It's no coincidence that the effects of the abyss on visionless people are the same as radiation exposure. I do think, sadly, that Teyvat as a whole is a dream, a sort of phisically tangible dream, but it's also a nursery that was supposed to be temporary. We know that the world, to be created, had to be released on the old world, but when the second who came arrived, things were put on hold. So, Teyvat wasn't supposed to exist for this long, most likely. Our theories are different in some parts and similar in others. Like, the Irminsul fruits, that are the stars, do hold the people's memories to perfect them with every new cycle of existence, but I don't understand your concept of the real stars that store the memories of the Archon War being hidden in the abyss. People still remember about the Archon War, so those memories are not hidden where they can't be reused

@@ShadowXImpact The game has hinted many times that the story we are being told might not be accurate. The victorious side write history, this is somewhat exhausting I agree but there is a slight possibility that the archons have no clue what is going on. However it is equally possible that they just pretend because they are unsure were the travellers allegiance will ultimately lie after discovering the truth. I agree on almost everything you say, it's just I got hooked on them mentioning the "void realm, and the light realm it has been mentioned now several times in different events. The idea of Theyvat as a temporary solution is very appealing I like that take very much. Just one mention about the prophecy. It was foretold that they would hold a trial of the hydro archon so they were not fooled so far into the plan so to speak. The trial is held because we suspect she is in fact NOT an archon, which kind of suggest that they were not fooled at all? Something to think about. It is of course possible that they assumed we would just kill her, but that also makes very little sense. If the prophecy foretold that much there is reason to believe that they knew about Focalor as well. But let her get away with it, the question is why. Let me cook we know the "Sinner" is already out, and we know he calls us "creatures" this implies that he himself were never human I am sure u heard this theory, he should be Nibelung the Dragon King. Or whatever was left after he returned from the Abyss in search of forbidden knowledge. But what if the "Sinner" made that prophecy to give Neuvilette his strengh back, in order for the dragons to rise again against the usurper in the heavens above. This fits the motive we already know that Neuvilette has such ambitions I have a crazy idea that the abyss is the real heaven but has been tainted by human sin to a point were it is no longer recognizable I just feel that it fits the story and many pieces fall into place. If we flip the scenario were Theyvat is the corruption and the Abyss trying to mend theyvat. Now that we know that the narwhal also can transform into an abyss herald, were they once angels?. This fit the tale of the battlepass story. Overall thank you for your reply you have very sharp thoughts about the game

The only exception is Venti... He knows... Have you heard my theory of Teyvat being upside-down? That may be something you'd like, considering what you just said. As for the lectors, we know that they should be normal people who "ascended" with the power of the abyss. There was one guy in the history of the Vourukasha oasis, I can't remember his name, who became an abyss lector. He the guy who accompanied the akademiya researchers in the workshop and had them killed by the monsters. He then went into Khaenri'ah and when he came out, he was a lector or a herald. @@ShadowXImpact I think it is Zhongli he refers to the traveller as the witness several times it is no fluke he also holds a cube in his hands, which I believe is the Metatrons cube several reasons why I believe it is this cube in particular. In sacred geometry, Archangel Metatron oversees a cube, which represents how God's creative energy flows throughout the universe. Zhongli just happens to be the GEO archon which also happens to be the element Albedo is. Coincidences are fun. I basically believe snuck down on Theyvat. He says he has "dwelt upon this earth" Only thing he mentioned to the traveller is that he is looking for a way to better record history, which implies that he knows that Irminsul is useless. A hunch is that the "witness" has to do with the Loom of Fate. I have heard that theory but I will check out your video as well. @@alexanderericson8628 did you, by any chance, talk about the "I dwelt on this earth" line under one of my videos before? I remember replying to that in the past, it may have been you. But I don't think that line means he's from beyond Teyvat or that he has memories from the outside. Dwelling on this earth may simply mean that he's lived for very, very long. By the way, I have a theory in which the light realm corresponding element for Geo, so Earth, is the element used to create the land inside Teyvat, so it would make sense for Zhongli to hold something that reminds us of this archangel metatron you're talking about. I do need to look it up, though, I've never heard of it before. Neuvillette also said times and times again that we are witnesses of what is happening on Teyvat.

Well, we should be the ones who are capable of changing the fate of the world, but as we've seen, we're not always going to do that. We are primarily witnesses. As for the sustainer banishing us, I still think she did it so that we could change things. I don't think we were wished into existence, since Aether has memories of his travels before Teyvat. Paimon, I don't know. Probably a shade? The abyss, I still think it's an essential side of the microcosm that gives it energy like a nuclear plant, since it's effect of visionless people are very similar to radiation exposure

I'm very curious about Capitano, since he doesn't seem to have a face or a head (sleepy hollow?), but also about the hotsprings. Will we be able to heal in them???? By the way, I have a completely different idea about the anime. I think it will cover the story after genshin impact ended, both because Aether and Lumine are together and because the world seems very different, which may mean that Teyvat will have been released on the old world as it was supposed to since the beginning. The chronology, according to me, is that Dainsleif tried to escape with the other Khaenri'ahns and ended up in the Girdle of the Sands, where he joined Zurvan, while Lumine tried to flee Teyvat with Aether but was caught by Susty and instantly released probably in the rainforest of Sumeru. There she helped the Aranara and fixed the Varuna Contraption, and then traveled through the desert where she eventually ended up in the Girdle of the Sand (she probably met the other Khaenri'ahns that reached Devantaka Mountain or she joined the scholars that went to the Girdle), met Dainsleif and they set off on their journey. @ShadowXImpact

So, the Narzissenkreuz Ordo was officially closed by the Maison Gardiennage not too long after the cataclysm. Also, the document that talks about the cycles was written by Rene, and he became narzissenkreuz around the same time, so everything we found in the tower dates back to when it was active. Back then, after the cataclysm, they believed they were living the first half of the cycle. Then, we also need to remember that Rene's formula was wrong, so everything he believed may also be slightly wrong, that's why I believe the cataclysm is the end of the first half of the cycle, since it marked the beginning of a new version of everything

The fact that the Primordial One and the Second might know each other, while having some sort of feud lives rent free in my head. I don't think the third descender is bad news, i know that some people have brought up the idea that Hoyo is pulling a bait and switch here. And that the usurpers might be "the good guys" somehow, but i just don't buy it, nothing justifies what they did to the Dragons. A leash will always remain a leash regardless of how far it stretches, Teyvat is basically a school science project that someone/some thing is curating. I think the third was the one who got the closest, from actively posing a existencial threat to the reign of Celestia, so he was dealt with in this manner. Of which would also serve as a way for the PO, to recover from whatever damage he may or may not have suffered. - This is about who i think the third descender could be: With what happened to Focalors/Furina, since it's cannon now that you can separate someone's power/divinity without killing/destroying them completely. What if after having his powers usurped to make the Gnosis, he now just walks through Teyvat as a husk of his former self (until Pierro found him), a shell cladded in armor wandering and searching for revenge. I mean, he is referred to as "the strongest human" which could imply something more. Or maybe it's Nibelung, because if there is anyone with "a will to rival an entire world" it could certainly be, the extremely pissed off king of dragons, since he did try multiple times. - Tower of God and Genshin: (i made a TL;DR in case you're busy or you can just ignore anything from this point downwards, it's just some musings i have, sorry in advance) I see quite a few parallels between the webtoon/manhwa Tower of God and Genshin's story, regarding the structure of their "world". In ToG we have a gigantic tower that people live in various different levels (they're born inside), but that can also be accessed from the outside, where more unknown people reside. They all have the same goal, climb to the highest highs to achieve their wishes/desires, the tower is governed by a group called The Ten Great Families (comprised of the first people to go in from the outside and climb to the "top"). Anyone who comes in from the outside of the tower is called an "irregular", as they generally possess a incomparable amount of potential, to reach levels of power unfathomable to anyone born on the inside. No one on the inside of the tower knows anything about the outside, information is heavily controlled by the Ten Great Families and everything/everyone inside is subjected to their will, with the undisputed king of the tower being called Jahad. The tower also has beings that already existed before the TGF got in, they're called "The Administrators" (the true rulers honestly) gigantic sea like creatures that control the flow of power (called Shinsu), and grant the ability to wield it via a contract. As a matter of fact that's why the TGF families are so untouchable, not only are they all irregulars but they also have an exclusive contract with these primordial beings. Moreover we also have, what i'm gonna call "second generation irregulars" which came after the TGF rule was already established, that defy the system and are as powerful if not more so, than the TGF. Jahad and the other family leaders also decided to stop climbing at a certain specific floor (for unfollow reasons), creating a "legitimate" kingdom around their uncontested power. Turning the ordeal of ascending up the tower, into a series of increasingly difficult test, controlling the flow of information, banning certain materials of literature and punishing anyone that defied the status quo. I needed to bring up all of this context, in case you didn't know anything about ToG TL;DR 1) Genshin: Not knowing anything about the true history of the Teyvat Super Domain, and what's in the outside of it all 1) ToG: Not knowing anything about the true history of the Tower, and what's in the outside 2) Genshin: having unfathomably strong beings coming from the outside (descender) 2) ToG: having unfathomably strong beings coming from the outside (irregulars) 3) Genshin: A group that heavily censors/control information about history and the origins of the people (Heavenly Principles) 3) ToG: A group that heavily censors/control information about history and the origins of the people (Ten Families) 4) Genshin: Power being bestowed via a contract or deal, that requires communion with unknown entities (Gnosis, Visions) 4) ToG: Power being bestowed via a contract or deal, that requires communion with unknown entities (Shinsu) All of this culminating in how i think that "forbidden knowledge"(FB) is only kept that way, because if one could master it, they could change the fate of Teyvat's existence. And i think that only a descender, could truly be fit to reign in such a unfathomable amount of power. I don't even believe that FB is actually native to Teyvat, since it seems poisonous to any organism that inhabits it, hence why you would need an outsider. I think that the Khaenri'ah researches realized that, tried to wish for/summon a catalyst (descender) but didn't get an adequate specimen. Not all shooting stars will grant your wish, not all "descenders" are made equal, much like in ToG not all irregulars are as strong as they ones that came before, just because you have potential doesn't mean it will ever be fully realized. I would wager that the usurpers that come from the unknown outside, are from the same "species/race" and they're running around the universe trying to conquer it all (viltrumite style), but there is a filter that they have to pass through, in order to reach certain corners of the galaxy. And the only way to do that is with forbidden knowledge, with the knowledge/power that reaches spaces and places where "god's" gaze can't reach. Which leads them to bring FB to said planet, where thereafter they need to deal with it and contain it, before it spreads.

I actually proposed in the past, I don't remember which video though, that the Primordial One may be the bad guy, while the Second Who Came is in the right. Maybe even the shades are working against the Primordial One, for all we know. If the Primordial One is Sophia, the Aeon of Wisdom, and the Second is Theletos, her syzygy, who came to her world to bring her back to the Pleroma where she should have always been, then the Primordial One is, indeed, in the wrong. What Sophia did was basically heresy, at the end of the day. For the Third Descender, whether the Primordial One is the good or the bad guy, and whether the Second is the opposite, it's still very strange that both decided to turn him into the gnoses, which means that the third descender is a threat to both of them and to the world itself. I understand that Furina/Focalors splitting their divinity into a different "person" is going to be the next obsession, just like the Samsaras, but there's a problem. Focalors wasn't really a separate person, she was a side of her that didn't have a body. What we saw, happened in a consciousness, not in a real dimension. As a consequence, I doubt that the Descender was stripped of his powers and was left wandering as a empty husk, because those powers wouldn't have a "body". Furthermore, the gnoses are the remains of the third descender, and "remains" only means that he/she is dead. So, until we get something more about them, I will keep on thinking that he will be brought back to life once the Fatui manage to gather all 7 gnoses or pieces of his body. I also don't think it's Nibelung, because he is, indeed, a Dragon. As far as we know, Dragons are not Descenders, and the current ones are somewhat part of Teyvat, Nibelung included since he, indeed, died and then came back to life, just like the Water Dragon. I never heard about Tower of God, but it sounds pretty interesting. Up to a certain point, it reminded me about Sword Art Online (the first season, the only one that deserves to be watched, honestly), but it has nothing to do with it, clearly, except for the tower to climb. Though the theory seems interesting. I agree that Khaenri'ah summoned a catalyst to be able to contain and actually use Forbidden Knowledge, and that catalyst was a Descender, but it's not much about all descenders not being adequate the same, it's more that not all outsiders are descenders. Khaenri'ah's attempt was confirmed by Chlothar when he said that Lumine was supposed to lead them and control the Abyss, but she couldn't and she basically brought forth their demise, while Rene told us (in documents, if I remember correctly) that not all who come from outside are capable of rivaling a whole world, so in our case, Aether is a descender because he is capable of doing it, while Lumine isn't. Also, Forbidden Knowledge does come from outside of Teyvat, it's not something that exists nor that can exist in it. Nabu Malikata was a key to a doorway to bring it inside Teyvat, and we see a doorway every time we start the game that allows us to enter the microcosm, and Rukkhadevata said that FB comes from the lowest point of the Abyss, which would be the top of the world, where the Celestia Atlas or the Heavens are, since Teyvat is upside down. So, in the end, Forbidden Knowledge is something that can only get in from the outside. The usurper travelling through the universe, using Forbidden Knowledge to reach other places, kinda reminds me about how the people in Star Rail can't go to different parts of the universe because of Qlipoth, and only a few have the means to travel through his walls, like Akivili's Express and the Interastral Peace Corporation (and maybe the Xianzhou). The problem, though, is that the place, in Teyvat, where the gods' gaze cannot reach, is everything that's inside a person's mind, their inner world, their consciousness, like Makoto's and Focalors's. I don't really think neither the Primordial One nor the Second would intentionally bring Forbidden Knowledge inside Teyvat, considering the effects it has on the world. It would be counterproductive. The Primordial One, even if they end up being the bad guys, still loved the people of the unified nation, while the Second sent down the nails to fix the world and prevent it from destroying it, so it sounds like they don't want the world to end...

OK take a deep breath. You know you're gonna hate whatever I say. I almost didn't bother to comment on this because it's just something I'm bound to take more as fanfic than real lore, but then you kind a surprised me. It's definitely not as terrible as I thought it would be. It's not pure bullshit. It makes enough rational sense that it can be criticized and falsified. It stands or falls on whether it can make links to specific facts in lore like a regular theory ought to. Well I'm not sure what to say about any of that in part because it was just without any basis unless you've persuaded yourself that Neophosophy or whatever is the True Secret of Everything in the game and you just have to shove it in no matter what. It's just never a good fit anywhere. Which leaves me to end up wondering how exactly such a theory came to be. Well you say you came up with it so early there was nothing much to disagree with it and I guess you just kept nursing it and ignoring all the data. Every point you make fails to fit. Every time. In some respects it's quite valiant I guess to keep promoting a theory that so obviously doesn't work. At one point you're telling us that for most of history there was no moon when we know Teyvat had 3 moons and then throughout most of recorded history had one. Your theory tells us one thing, the game another. I have to congratulate you on the theory being falsifiable when most real world myth based lore is pure garbage that can never be falsified because it never predicts anything, but then you just ignore all the times it gets falsified. I mean how the heck can you have your third and 4th cycles executing at the same time? That makes no sense. And where is Gurabad in all this? it's a major civilization greater than Remuria but it gets no cycle? Plus you have more cycles than Rene which you explain by saying Rene never knew there was an Ancient Civilization despite him referencing them constantly and -- you know -- investigating the ruins from that time all the time. But no, Celestia removed memory of the 1st cycle - except they left all the ruins literally all over Teyvat. 1:50 Rukkhadevata you claim, is merely telling Nahida that she is the Archon. Because maybe Nahida doesn't know that? That's absurd. It's a very heavy emotional scene where Nahida is asking about her relationship to Rukkhadevata since they look the same. And Rukkhadevata says this bullshit nonsense that Nahida (and everyone else on the planet) already knew? How profound. Come on man that's absurd. And it contradicts what you say later anyway. You claim the Cataclysm is half way through the 5th cycle so Rukkhadevata and Nahida both exist in the 5th cycle. Rukkhadevata was in it for about 3500 years according to your chronology and then Nahida for the last 500 years of it. There is therefore no sense in which Nahida is Rukkhadevata in the next cycle which would be the 6th. It's all a bad fit and falsifiable but then actually falsified, and the falsification then ignored. And what on earth is all this Aztec nonsense about? We haven't even reached Natlan and you're saying the entire game is based on some weird Aztec myth AND on Theosophy? So according to you the Traveller is the second wife of a slightly obscure Aztec water god? Did she have a twin? No. Does this make any sense? No. Plus the numbers are off. You're relating Descenders to Aztec gods who became suns but you got too many Aztec-god-suns. You're still using your ordinary chronology that has the Envoy Age come after the war with the 2nd throne which saw the fall of the Seelies, which isn't possible because the Seelie were cursed and therefore couldn't be envoys. You never really addressed this problem. Is the Amethyst Crown lying about the Seelie being cursed as part of that war between 1st and 2nd? Are you just ignoring that? Why on earth would the Envoys only be a thing after the war that destroyed the envoys? You also don't mention the Tiara sets which... honestly I'm more surprised than anything. That reminds me though. You might be interested in a reddit essay on this topic entitles, "The Narzissenkreuz Catechism: Cosmic Cycles An attempt to explain the Ordo beliefs" Personally I think that stuff by Rene was all bunk he made up to con people out of their money. 6:00 you say Enkanomiya's ruins are the first root race/cycle but then you say it's because they are the root race that persists - except literally they don't. They are RUINS meaning they died out. 6:30 well regardless of the rest of the theory are you saying there's a limited number of human souls and that Fontainians are still not humans because they lack human souls from off the Ark? 7:00 if Sin Shades were 1st root race people then you're saying they were never physical human beings at all? Then why did they bother making doors and stairs and physical stuff as if they were physical beings? Also they aren't genderless at all. Stop trying to fit this theory into stuff so hard the pieces all break off. 10:20 surely the "lost paradise" is something before Hyperborea - something that was lost. It's not the loss of Hyperborea or that wouldn't be an aspect o Hyperborea. Also since you claim this era ends with a nail Drop and that was world wide is Hyperborea nothing to do with the North after all? Well mostly it seems your ages aren't geography specific but then they're all associated with a place and a time. So which is it? Are they an era or a place and a time? 12:25 this nonsense was especially high octane. Why does Nibelung show up? What has that to do with the Mare Javari and Yith? 21:52 why would you think 1st and 2nd worked together after they tried to kill each other? And to make the Gnoses and Visions which are used to fight the 2nd? And did I get that right? At the end you predict we're going back in time to 500 years ago somehow? This from the guy who rejects the idea that you can change the past? ----------------------------------- This vision of cycling fails to gather enough crowns in a pile at the bottom of the Irminsul as referenced in the Tiara sets to be realistic. The v1.0 cycling was assumed to be infinite or rather unbounded. Do you see these 7 cycles as repeated within each greater cycle somehow? Or is there simply no connection attempted between the cycling of v1.0 and this stuff?

Oh, there's no breath to take. I'm not going to reply to your comment just as much as you didn't even try understanding what I said in this video, which is more than clear from the nonsense you wrote in this comment, or the nonsense you convinced yourself that I said. Also, as it was already clear for ages now, you like being offensive? Then you will most definitely going to like talking to yourself.

is it like some kind of genshin theorist conspiracy or genetic coding that makes them put completely irrelevant and distracting footage in the middle of important narration causing us to require replaying the same goddamn 1 minute section of the video over and over just to understand what is being said?

And exactly what irrelevant footage did I use that was so overwhelmingly distracting that you had to replay the video over and over again to understand what I said? Please, do tell

There was no way I was going to do that!!! I wondered whether to talk about it or not, but I think it was the right choice to just name the root-race (necessary for khraun-arya) and leave the people the choice to know more or not on their own.
