I went through a phase of bad health anxiety where I went to the doctors (no exaggeration) maybe 50 times in 6 months for 50 different reasons. Because of this I had so many blood tests done, I had more blood tests in 6 months than a lot of people get in their entire lives, among x-rays, ultrasounds, and whatever other test I could get done. Because I was so stressed out and convinced that I was sick with something I just didn't give a fuck when I got blood taken, but now even the thought of a needle going into my arm sends shivers down my spine. I hate needles so much. Health anxiety is no joke, that shit crippled me for months, it was not fun.

@@matty3078 Pretty much anything you can think of, but the main ones that I was worried about were cancer of various kinds and neurodegenerative diseases of various kinds. One thing I learned is there is absolutely no sensation your mind can't trick you into experiencing if you are really convinced that you are sick. I had every symptom you could think of but they were all caused by my own anxiety. Shit was rough but I came out the other end with the ability to manage my anxiety much better which is always good.

Yeah, health anxiety sucks. I had a phase earlier this summer where I thought I could eat. I was throwing up and eating made me feel super bad. I was super hungry and I didn't have any other symptoms. But guess what?! It was all anxiety. All. All of it.
