Odd request. I'm seeing alot of female influencers sell glute plans with butt implants. I am shocked at how so many young girls online cannot tell the difference from real muscle to fake and fall for it when these girl's know nothing about glutes. Could you do a comparison or explanation? 🍑
@SuraiyahFitness3 жыл бұрын
I dont know HOW they can't tell the difference! I really don't. Implants and lifts tend to have certain telltale signs, and it's not just the size of the butt that can be an indicator. It's usually that odd, concave, pointy ass shape. I'm not anti surgery, and you can be a fit person who has undergone surgery and still have knowledge about working the glutes. but it is very shady to act like you've come by glutes the old fashioned way, when you haven't.
@samaalnassiry75413 жыл бұрын
Look for the tailbone and see if the rounding starts above it or below it. There should be a small amount of volume above the tailbone for lower back muscles but it’s thickness should be consistent with the rest of the back, if you see the butt looking super high above the tailbone that’s just not anatomically possible naturally.
@BeckieAnnabell3 жыл бұрын
Implants, fillers. Still new gym goers have no clue. They put their trust in them. I can easily tell, I have trained long enough. I just wish more honesty goes into it if they sell plans. 🥴🥺

I remember watching that infomercial on a number of occasions. If you've dealt with insomnia then you watch what comes on tv late at night. I always thought it looked more like the women lost weight than anything else. I didn't know that program was by Beach Body though. I know that they have "coaches" that work with people who do different Beach Body programs. I subscribed to what I thought was a KZbin channel of someone who decorated her home beautifully for the holidays. It turns out she's one of their coaches. She does talk about that. I'm not knocking her hustle. I just like to get fitness information from someone who is a personal trainer and has studied the human body. Edit: One of the things I used to hear people say that never made sense to me . Someone would be talking about another person who started working out and then for whatever reason stopped working out. So they would say "Well you know that muscle just turned into fat." I'd just stare at them wondering how muscle just up and changed into fat aka adipose tissue? Now if they were talking about muscle atrophy I'd at least think they were onto something.

I heard something soo sketchy from this one guy who plays rugby - he said (and I’m not kidding) in order to build muscle, you need FAT SO THAT YOUR BODY CAN CONVERT THAT INTO MUSCLE 🤣🤣🤣🤣 literally said that you need fat for muscle growth, and so when you work out you don’t burn the fat off, oh no, your body converts it into muscle. No fat? Sorry luv. No muscle Sir. How does that make any kind of sense??🤣🤣🤣

It is not possible to spot reduce fat. You'd have to reduce your all over body fat by a calorie deficit and hope that this area will be reduced by that too. But I'd suggest to just build muscle, it will balance everything out.
