Thanks for that input delay test with all of the devices. Surprised to see the Shadowcast 2 outperforming the Shadowcast 2 Pro at 1080p, from their marketing material I was assuming the Pro would have less input delay.

I can't really think of a use case for the shadowcast product, but the covert dock 2 is amazing for me as a replacement for the OEM Valve steam deck dock. Solved a few issues for me -- no longer need to remove my protective case in order to plug in the USB c, and it docks immediately to my TV with no need to do any raindance of weird random order of operations. Note that while it is only advertising 4k60 support, it also supports 2k120 which was more important to me.

The USB-C Cables are of the USB 3.2 specification, so there's that.

Got mine from the kickstarter and its defective. been trying to get support or ask for a replacement but they seem to be having a hard time understanding or admitting I have a defect. replaced it with a Elgato HD60 S I got for $50 a third of the Shadowcast 2 Pro cost and same setup and wiring and it works fine.

I had a lot of technical issues and Genki support was slow with days to a week between responses. Ultimately they told me to figure it out on my own , saying it wasn't compatible with my laptop. They don't do refunds . The dock works great but i cant recommend the sc2

what bout using the streamlabs for play??? is it good for using the streamlabs studio for streaming all tons of ps5 or swtich game???

Genuinely curious, but how did you get your Shadowcast 2.0 recognized by your laptop? I just got mine a few days ago from the Kickstarter and no matter what I try, the device itself will not light up, let alone be seen as a registered device on my computer. For additional context, I use Windows and have struggled with using every form of Genki Arcade alongside using several cables as well to connect the device to my computer and to my consoles. Any help would be appreciated.

It is plug and play As long as there is a signal coming from the HDMI you just need to connect it Try genki arcade on chrome It has problems on other browsers And try obs too

And dont forget your laptop must be compatible with usb 3.0 to get a good performance
