I used to be into the Shamen in the early 90s. This song being my favourite of them all. A true classic. I didn't really know much about shamens past, from what they were until I started googling them. It's hard to believe that the Shamen peaked 30 years ago. I remember being 16 or 17 when move any mountain was in the charts. So sad that Will Sinnott passed. You could tell his heart was really in it, looking at interviews with him. rip Will

The bass player is Will Sinn killed in his prime only 30 when he drowned off the coast of La Gomera, in the Canary Islands, while the band were shooting the video to the re-release of their 1990 single "Pro-Gen".

Ilya S Because, as TheLexyboy states, there are guitars in this - just they're fed into a synth to alter the sound. Electronic certainly, but the electronic sound is effected/stimulated (modulated?) by guitars. Guitar synths, even from the 80's (maybe before then even!), could make a guitar sound like a piano, flute, accordion, etc!
