@@raylong7744 yes i own one of the bigger models. It works well and moves a lot of air but not nearly as much as the sharks. The sharks look much cleaner as well.

i think i'm going to buy this: the amount of dust and grime that accumulates on my computer and music equipment is insane. What makes it worse is I live right by the beach and salt air eats up metal and anything that has metal components.

I have that same air purifier and I love it but I can’t justify the purchase. Many others for half the price and on top of that the way to get the filters is to call Shark and spend $100 for a new filter. Unless you’ve found a better way

This is a HEPA filter so the exhausted air is pure & clean. It's not to be used at a fan to cool your room.

Having a central air purifier for your hvac system could help with dust in the air since it will get rid of the static electricity in your home. Meaning the dust doesn’t float around which means you can sweep it up.
