I would not say they got it wrong. Lori's problem was that she had a conflict of interest and she did not want to compete with the Snuggie. Mark's problem was that he thought they would need to invest a lot of money to iterate the product (they might have, who knows) and Kevin's problem was that they did not know what the customer acquisition cost was going to be because they were presales. All in all, there were to many unknowns for them to feel comfortable investing.

In the beginning, Kroger had them for $12. I grabbed 4 then went back the next day and bought 2 more. I think this was about 2017/18. The Comfy is very cozy and warm and you bet it's not $12 anymore, and Kroger no longer sells it. I believe they're upwards of $50 now. We love em' though. I'm glad I got in on it when I did.
