The Handmade Fisherman the sharpie makes an excellent spook. I made one with mine with a simple ball bearing housed in the back, it has a beautiful walking action and I've caught quite a few bass on it

That's awesome. I've watched people make wild and cool lures I'm making some spoon lure and collecting bottle caps I had hundreds but from the robbery lost all well the big bag full we had so here and there but it's took some time to slowly get more stuff but soon. When making eyes from welding rod what should be the weight it is able to take?

it is something i have never measured as it is thicker than 125lb solid trace wire so its tensile strength should be huge, it will fatigue like any metal
