One possible explanation: The Shinju are in effect a reverse Jinchurki. Usually it is the skills of the guard and the chakra of the prisoner. Now it is the chakra of the guard, and the skills of the prisoner? It may still not be collaborative, there may yet still be room to grow in power if say they people in the trees decide to work collaboratively? I think right now they might have will, and soon be able to resist during critical times. A bit like Kurama would interfere with early Naruto.

We can also use what Momoshiki said, where he mentions that "omnipotence" was previously used to erase humanity's memories, and the only one who possesses that ability as far as we know is Shibai, and if we add what Aino (the human friend of Kaguya) told Kaguya when she arrived on earth that the Tree God was already there thousands of years before Kaguya arrived on earth, that may mean that Shibai was on earth before ascending. Obviously this is a theory, but there is also the question of why Shibai and Kaguya are the only otsutsuki whose name does not end in "shiki" like the others, also the part of Shibai's destroyed mural could give a clue that some conflict happened between Shibai and his partner, It could be connected to the same reason why Kaguya was low-ranking, and let's also remember that at some point Kaguya "betrayed" Isshiki when the two were alone.

I think the reason they are so strong is mix of - affect code's experiments had on ten tail + compressed chakra of ten tail in humanoid form + mixing ten tails chakra with their host (hidari - sasuke) + gaining ego + some other things we dont know yet

I actually have a little theory regarding Obito and Madara during their tenure as the 10 Tails Jinchurki: Remember when Obito initially became a Jinchurki? He was acting like a single-minded monster who was barely stringing a sentence together. All because in Obito's mind, the 10 Tails was tearing him apart, and it was only through willpower that he was able to take back control. Madara, on the other hand, was having no trouble using the 10 Tails' power and was even able to use his normal abilities like Limbo and utilize Kakashi's eye to teleport into the Kamui Dimension. So why was it easier for Madara but harder for Obito? The answer is that Kaguya was sentient as the 10 Tails the entire time. She purposely sabotaged Obito because he wasn't a compatible vessel, so she nullified Kamui and tried to tear his mind apart. Plus, she spoke to Madara in his mind to absorb the Divine Tree to gain more power, just like she did when she fought Hagaromo and Hamura.

You're actually onto something but let me dispel one misconception, it wasn't that Madara could use Kamui and Obito couldn't, it's that Obito couldn't use it to phase through other things and people and slip in and out of dimensions seamlessly, he could probably still do the whole "open a portal to Kamui and go to the dimension whole". He just couldn't use the intangibility. Kakashi and Obito's eyes both possess the power to create a short-range portal to the Kamui dimension, where they differ is Kakashi can long-range snipe things to Kamui and Obito can become intangible and slip through things by displacing parts of his bodies that come into contact with other things through the Kamui dimension temporarily, based on all available evidence it is ONLY this ability that was nullified. I still think the rest of your comment holds a lot of merit though, just thought I'd dispel this one myth that I see pop up far too often to let go unchecked, so my apologies if this came off rude in any way, I've had to make this exact point far too many times lol.

Without a vessel to implant Karma onto in the moments before her death, she birthed a living Karma in Black Zetsu, whose goal was to groom a suitable vessel for Kaguya (Rinnegan + Ten-Tails) and then attach himself to it kind of like a Karma, for Kaguya's revival. In a roundabout way she basically put a Karma on Madara, although it was a temporary manifestation because after the Ten-Tails was ripped back apart by Naruto, Madara's body was spit back out.

My ISSUE with Minato and sage mode is he’s supposed to NOT be good at it. YET is able to be a perfect sage? I get the kurama half inside him would be the one channeling the nature chakra. So I can see why he would be a perfect sage of sorts. But it never sat right with me that there wasn’t some sort of slip up in his chakra that changes him slightly. Not being good with nature chakra yet you can be a perfect sage? Illustration wise I have no idea what this would look like. Because jiraya had a warty nose etc and I didn’t think that would suit Minato. He’s too “cool”. like you could even just his eyes change colours completely so they aren’t orange/yellowish like Naruto’s. Purple eyes with green or something similar to frog colours. plus the normal toad eye slit. I dunno. Just a small plot detail that has always bothered me

Minato while one of my favorite characters got shafted in terms of feats, and then retroactively gained things he'd never done out of nowhere. Naruto lived with and made use of Kuramas chakra for over a decade, Minato never did but got KCM2 completely free no practice or anything. And like you said the sage mode kinda came from left field. Though in filler Ashura showed the Rasengan off first so that felt cheap. And FTG was Tobiramas invention. Nothing new came from Minato apart from Rasengan even though filler said otherwise. He had sealing jutsus but decided to be a skewered ninja BBQ when using what he knew with Kushina. And FTG being interdimensional made it dumb that Obito got away with what he did.

No one mentions this, but we also know almost nothing regarding the origins of the 10 tails. For all we know, the 10 tails is some sort of monstrous all-assimilating force (like a black hole) and the Otsutsuki either developed it or have been at war with a race of them in the past and conquered them/found a way to utilize them to upgrade themselves. Additionally, ALL of our theory-crafting regarding the scaling is based off of a different 10 tails than this one. Since this is a completely different 10 tails and we dont know anything about how its past or how much stronger it may be than the other one (PLUS Code doing some crazy reckless bullshit that has probably never been done to it), this could also be a reason why these shinju scale differently.

Big Misconception: Ten Tails Obito could use Kamui... he just never did for some reason. We know this because: 1. He still had a Sharingan. 2. Ten Tails Madara used Kakashi's Kamui We have zero good reasons to explain why Ten Tails Obito couldn't use Kamui, and we have a reason for why he definitely should've (2.) so assuming he couldn't, is just wrong.
