Some time after the events of The Empire Strikes Back, Vader embarks on a personal quest to uncover the true circumstances surrounding Padme’s death, accompanied by her former handmaidens from Naboo. Following the revelation of Vader's internal conflict and grief, the Emperor attempts to reignite his passion through the dark side, torturing him with Force lightning. Despite Vader's resistance, he is overwhelmed by Royal Guards, choked by the Emperor, and subjected to the mocking destruction of his body.
Ordered by the Emperor to rebuild without using the Force, Vader is left on Mustafar with a resolve for revenge. In a facility, he reconfigures mouse droids to attach battle droid limbs, encounters Sith assassin Ochi of Bestoon, and defeats him. Following a mysterious voice into a cave, Vader meets the ancient being Eye of Webbish Bog, exchanging answers about his master for a Sith wayfinder. Exiting the cave, he faces Ochi and Droid Crush Pirates, defeats them, and repairs his old Jedi interceptor. With Ochi as a captive guide, Vader uses the wayfinder to set a course for Exegol, departing Mustafar through a hyperspace transport ring.

If Snoke was made using Skywalker DNA, it would explain why he's so powerful.

I think it would be cool if Baylon found the body of the Father or son, and used that DNA to help create Snoke. My theory is that Baylon is an acolyte of Palpatine and is searching for a way to bring him back.

I really just made the connection that if vader new about the things on exegol then him wanting luke to join him kind of gets a new meaning, as he sees palpatine trying to maybe replace or make him obsolete, he thinks of luke as his only remaining lifeline to save himself rather than him being just an egotisitical powerhungry sith. This is just a raw theory/idea, so I guess it could be worded a little better

Yea now we can add even more weight to the events of ROTJ. This one bit really adds more urgency in Vaders attempt at bringing his son to the dark side. Its too bad that Shadows of The Empire is no longer cannon, else it would match right up to the reason why vader levied such a hefty bounty on luke.
