When i don't exercise for a while, i get loads of big purple spider veins in my thighs, as soon as i start exercising again, they disappear! Noticed them in my 20's, i think it's due to working in offices, sedentary jobs or as you say standing still will do it as well

I bought some of the Dermelect and it hasn't worked very well for me so far. I've been using it daily now for about 2 months and I'm not seeing any improvement. I'm almost 71 and I have them around my ankles only. Can you recommend some other products or let me know if there's another video which addresses this issue using other products that may help me. I was so hoping you would do this topic. I've been working full time on my feet since age 14. They started popping up really bad around age 38. I have many on my legs as well as my chest. I've seen shows where they inject a sort of soap serum into the vein to make them dissappear, but I don't have the money or coverage for that. Thank you Chris. ❤

Hi chris. I was told these type of veins are partially genetic and getting them removed with injectables is fine but other ones will form. Is this cream just to camouflage the look of them?

Have you checked with a vascular specialist? I started having the same issue with my feet, but I knew mine was much more than skin deep. I requested to see a vascular specialist, which low and behold, I have a very rare vascular defect. It's normally on the left side, but I had 100 compression on both sides.

@@CrankyBarista Since you have them on your legs and feet, I would definitely be checking with a vascular specialist. It could be coming from vascular compression, which restricts the blood flow and ultimately causes spider and varicose veins. I can only speak from my own experience but for over a decade, they couldn't figure out what it was, but I did.

Vitamin k as a topical needs to be in a liquid from designed to be absorbed by skin. Dietary Vitamin K in your diet is still helpful as well.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spider veins are a symptom of liver problems. My fried who had Hep C developed major spider veins ALL OVER. "Ji Gu Cao" is recommended for liver problems and healing the liver.

Grape seed oil works very well to dissipate spider veins. I used it on my legs and now my spider veins are gone. 🤷🏻‍♀️♥️

Start walking little by little, more everyday..mine are gone completely. I didn't know, sitting for work all day had a big impact on those veins in my legs. I'm up to 8k steps right now. I cut out sugar as well and eat red meat grass fed from a local farm. 😅
