lenovo is seriously a bad option right now. People are facing battery drain when gaming while plugged in and mobo dying. I had a conov with a person here on yt, they said that their laptop's battery was draining by 20% in a 3 hour gaming session even though they are plugged in with the charger that came in the box.

Lenovo mei loq mei battery drain issues aa rahe hai aur mobo bhi ja raha hai. HP mei mobo aur hinges ke issues aate hai par care karke rakh. Asus toh best hai. Agar budget mei Asus ka laptop aa raha hai toh Lelo. Lekin aaj ke time jab tum 70-80k kharch kar rahe ho laptop ke liye toh bhai 5-6 k mei adp mil rahi hai agar 2-3 saal ki toh Lelo.

Lenovo brand ka name kharab mat karo mere bhai dekho i am using Lenovo IdeaPad series gaming laptop from more than 4 years now ok i have got no issues still now sirif ek bar ssd card kharab hua tha woh bhi dust bahot tha and I didn't take care of that time that's why. And for your information mene woh laptop ko na everyday 12 hours kabhi toh 20 hours Tak bhi mostly khela hu for every day 4 years, toh abhi tum samaj jao kya high end ka machine and brand hai woh still just keep in mind that mene high spec wala nahi kiya tha like 1 lakh or more than that mera wala model tha 60k ka i5 10 gen, 1650 ka yhe middle end specifications ka hokar itna acha performance hai laptop ka. I love the brand Lenovo abhi tak mene 3 models liya hu phone, laptop and tablet and all are amazing at the budget price point and the performance is mind blowing i just love it. I understand kuch logo ka luck kharab hota hai that's why there get default piece of laptop or else toh isme distributor ka galti hai and some situation me some area ke Lenovo ke customer care wale bhi ache nahi hote hai, but mere situation me product was always on fire ❤

Actually I got 170W charger with my LOQ rtx4060 so there was a battery drain issue but I somehow convinced them and replaced it with the 230W charger as a free replacement and the issue got fixed.

@@THEASWINISM Gaming laptops have shitty battery backup and this is 4060 so don't compare with 4050 laptops backup. Try to play hellblade 2 on ultra settings then you'll experience the drain and you can see the power indicator light will turn red colour which means battery drain, white light means charging on.

II returned my 2024 Legion 5i Pro (4070, i9-14900HX) because it mismanaged the use of the 4070 GPU. Even when using small apps like the snipping tool and browser, they were running on the dedicated GPU, causing the battery to last only an hour. I tried setting these apps to use the integrated graphics card, but they still ran on the dedicated GPU, keeping it active all the time. Additionally, I had selected the hybrid mode in my Lenovo app for the graphics setting, but it showed a "no graphic card found" error. I had to restart the laptop 2-3 times to resolve this issue. I don't want to rely on this Intel chip (dying) and mismanaged software.

Asus vivobook oled display is way better than washed ips display. Asus also offers 90 hz refresh rate and 2.8k resolution in this. Processor i sgood enough ryzen. Battery is also better in asus.

i have used over 4-5 lenovo laptops, lenovo tries to cheap out where ever possible, for comparison i used ideapad slim3 version there's was an additional sata ssd slot empty gen1 ver, i needed to add ssd to it, there's a adapter required for it to connect to motherboard,which was not given in the laptop box, also lenovo denied to sell it at offline store, at the end i had to swap original nvme ssd to a higher one. But this was not the case with ideapad gaming laptop, adapter was present in the box, lol. Why this bias Lenovo?

Lenovo service i experienced the same. They charged me 3k and didn't even fix my problem. Declared laptop graphic card dead and told to replace motherboard. Then i repaired it myself by chaging thermal paste, removing dust blockage, changed thermal pads. I did this under 300 rs. I did buy a new lenovo yoga since i needed a working laptop soon. Never buying a lenovo laptop ever again. Not at all value for money and after sales service is pathetic.

Bhai to be honest all brands have some problems. Ill tell you I have seen people suffering from Acer predator series cause of motherboard issue in the past. Now I am suffering with lenovo with the charger issue. Apart from it dell people are suffering from hinges and motherboard and the thermals are not good on it. Now not heard much about MSI. But that this I have seen works. HP doesn't provide good built quality so despite investing so much money in a machine you still get average built quality that doesn't make sense. Now I would say this issue that I am facing with lenovo is unsolvable. I am using the 2nd charger like 1 got damaged from heating just from playing games or idk. Now this one too got damaged just 6 months after getting the new one. Now this is a design flaw from lenovo which they don't want to change as they want customers to buy new chargers and claim their adp or idk buy warranties. But this is the worst issue that anybody has to encounter ever. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

But to answer your question, it seems only the 13th gen Intel processors were causing motherboard dead issues in the LOQ laptops but i got confirmation from many sources that since then Lenovo has fixed the issue and it doesn't happen anymore so LOQ should be fine for you.

They solved it because i have adp, I told them it's just a hinge problem why are you applying it for adp but they won't listen and they changed my whole keyboard chasis and motherboard🙂🙂🙂. Those with LOQ specify with intel 7 13th gen and 14th, it's official that it's Intel problem caused by inferior Intel chip causing Oxidation and high Voltage. I own an Acer swift currently (previous version, not the latest one). So I can share some personal experience. I compared my Acer swift with another laptop which had inferior processor but with 2 GB dedicated GPU. The other laptop performed much better. The biggest issue with Acer swifts is the lack of dedicated GPU. And this really makes a big difference. You can get better laptops in the same price range as that of Swift, but with dedicated GPU. And yes, GPU is not just used for gaming. It is required for many creative works as well (like video, photos etc.). Overall, I am very happy with the build quality of Acer. Even purchased a new Acer Nitro V (its awesome!!!!). Its just that lack of GPU in swift laptops makes it a below average performer.

​@@A.V-146 For around 62-63k, Acer Nitro V is pretty solid choice imo. It has i5 13420H + Nvidia RTX 3050 with 6 GB Dedicated VRAM + 16GB RAM & 512 GB SSD. I own the RTX 4050 model of Acer Nitro V and I must say that it is a beast. I was going to buy RTX 3050 model myself but got 4050 one because of a deal in sale. PS: I just checked, the price of 3050 model has increased now. But it was around 62000 (after bank discount) a few days ago. So if you can wait then you can keep an eye on it for price drop.
