21:45 The Dragonslayer Greatshield does actually have a unique weapon art. It has a unique version of shield bash which is exceptionally powerful and causes a knockdown effect, unlike other shield bashes which just shove the enemy.

25:58 The reason the curse rotted greatwood was bugged, was that you must've entered the fog wall from the farthest away possible. It's almost like the ai freezes of abyss watchers and shadows of Yharnam. In the instance for the greatwood it doesn't trigger phase two, pop the pustules, or activate the music. (it also makes him only agro once hit and not once in range.)

in regards to the curseward greatshield its curse resistance refers to how much of the stat it blocks shields have always had hidden values for what percentage of status buildup happens when you block with them the curseward shield has the highest curse block in ds3, although the only curse attack I can think of thats blockable is the deacon's deep soul attack

I'm not shield expert but the reason the pursuers greatshield is held with the gaps to the side would most likely be a place to rest a weapon like a spear or lance to poke with (even if the pursuer has no poking weapons). with the gaps on the top and bottom it leaves more surface area to be attacked, and looks cumbersome to try and rest any weapon on

There is a shield you can get in ds1 that resembles the judicatures shield that is found in blighttown. I'm also sure that the tower shield can be obtained by having pure soul on boterias first area and it's found near the begging of the level down a hidden path right before the bridge on the left from the first bonfire. It was at least on ps3 version before offline.
