M 60, was a railfan ever since Male 02 ! Dad took us on that train when I was 16.. and much of my handcrafted model railroad was inspired by the D&RG. Great video, and timeless song. CWMcAll wrote some great songs

I have family that used to live in Durango but moved to Bayfield and when I went to Colorado twice to see them I rode on that train and it’s an experience I would recommend if you ever plan on going to Colorado👍

The silverton does not refer to a specific locomotive it just refers to the Durango and silverton railroad itself and they run K36 mikados 461 is a K27 not a K36
