Joined Simon and Adam for the fault and fix and got to say it was brilliant. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

Very simple explanation of clubhead speed. Everyone tries to get lag, which effectively slows the clubhead down. Excellent vid.

A great drill for club head speed is to grip the club, lift off your thumb and swing. The club head will do all the work and we will naturally do the rest as Simon demonstrated. Good video 👍🏻

Thanks Simon, I am 62, with some arthritis in my hips (one hip replacement), but this drill confirms all that is largely irrelevant. Current swing speed with a 7 iron 70mph, after this I’m aiming for 80. Thanks again 🎉
