omgggg, front lever touch in 30 days! I can currently hold a front lever for like 8s only but this video definitely motivated me to start training for it ! I never thought I should train the front lever touch unless I got 15s FL but now, I I going to start to train and get a one leg front lever touch !!!

Its also important to know that everybody makes progress differently. So if youre on the taller/heavier side, it probably isnt possible to progress that fast in just 30 days...but slow progress is still progress, just keep at it!

Haha that’s fine if you want to continue eating meat, but please no untrue facts that the vegan diet is not healthy, as a PhD student I have long term systematic reviews with the conclusions the vegan diet is healthy for all stages of life. So please no untrue facts on this channel 🙏🏾

I was squeezing my abs so hard in every workout part of the video! Can't help it haha But on a serious note, I recently came across you channel and I instantly became a fan. These videos are so high quality! My front lever max hold time is not there yet but as soon as it improves I'll definitely try this out and maybe make a video on it as well. Anyways, congrats! Btw, I can't believe you only have 2k subs yet. I'm sure you're gonna break the algorithm soon. Keep up the grind!

So, alcohol is good for at least one thing! 😅 Great video, I enjoyed this one 👍🏻 My goal is to do 5 "kip" Muscle Ups before Spring 2022. I can't do even one at this point. Right now been working on explosive Pull Ups and Negative Muscle Up. Still 10-12 weeks ahead of me to get tp my goal! Any tips for Muscle Up progression would be very welcome of course. 🙌🏼🔥

Man!! What the fuck?! From almost zero Touch level to a more than decent Hold in two weeks (the ones after that mini deload were Nutz!!)?! Crazy. I finally want to get it as well, but it seems like Front Touch and Vic don‘t mix very well. 🤣✌🏻

If you mean the Planche yeah, I had full Planche then did the 30 day challenge and after could only barely do it so I had to train again and get the time back

It really isn’t easy, Keep at it though and stay consistent! If I didn’t do this challenge I don’t think I would have been as consistent with it!

I played football on Thursday as my leg workouts and did minimal Planche work just to maintain strength. Full focus was the touch front lever

What is harder: a touch frontlever (perfect form) , or a full planche (also perfect form) ??

Probably touch front lever but that's just my opinion because to me planche is easier than fl.

At what point are attempts useful? Let's say I can barely hold a good adv tuck planche and my goal is straddle. Would it be a good idea to then do straddle attemps as part of the workout even if I can barely hold it for half a second with trash form?

At the point your descripting attempts are not useful. I'd start doing them when I've got at least 1-2seconds of form that isn't horrible but just about okay of that progression. Does not have to be perforct form to start that progression. Better form will come with more training and carrying on with the lower progressions

I agree I was surprised the next day I was able to get straighter. All a part of getting used to trying the movements and why attempts are so important, learning what your body needs to do

@@TheJackedVegan yeah new movement in a new position, require enough neural connection and reconize the level of new position, but obviously you had enough shoulders strength to incoming this work so harder than the normal fl, for a mediocre athlet Who have 8-10 sec of Fl its way difficult just try a FL touch on good adv tuck or even 1leg. Good job and nice work bro 🤙🙏

the workout plan has 5 days, in 30 days you might have about 6 routines i think, so what did you do in 6th day and 7th day of each routine, resting or doing the routine again and you do it continuously to 30 days?

I'd do Monday - Day1 Training Tuesday - Day2 Training Wednesday - Rest Thursday - Day3 Training Friday - Day 4 Training Saturday - Day5 Training Sunday - Rest This training was VERY intense though I wouldn't normally do this much volume for one skill in a week. And I missed quite a few Day 4/5 trainings as I mention in the video due to travelling on the weekend

He said how HE learnt the front touch with the requirements at the beginning of the video. This means that even though you were fit it shouldn't necessarily work for you

Literally what I plan on doing, gonna use it until the rest rips off, basically destroyed it already then gonna get some tape on there

@@TheJackedVegan yh tape is so much better for grip, it has better friction and doesn't slip but it will get dirty over time and it won't be perfectly flat

@@TheJackedVegan personally I used dream tape by beta, it's the best one I've used so far and I also use it for climbing. I just bought it at my local climbing gym in the UK but should be available online as well

Oh I forgot to mention I did actually keep some foam on a part of my bars and I put tape underneath it so that it doesn't slide. This is because it can be more comfortable with a false grip to have some padding and when I have no skin left (from climbing) the tape can be a bit painful
