Fun fact, the eurika moment comes to us quite often when we on the toilet or in the shower cause its usually THE ONLY time (for someone perhaps even this isnt true) when we now sitting in our phones. Therefore the only time when our brain is not engaged in any sort of distraction

Great video. Do you have any tips on finding motivation for learning things that seem out of context, for example learning a math equation that you get presented at random without knowing why it is , what it represents or where it is used at all?

Step 1 : Ownership 🔒 Own what you learn, find a good reason, or a problem to keep the information. ------------------------------------------------ Step 2 : The Jigsaw 🧩 See the bigger picture, learn the foundations and network *first* before learning the details. ------------------------------------------------ ⚡{ Bottleneck of stupid } ⚡ Don't get distracted while learning something, let you working bench be free ------------------------------------------------ Step 3 : Chunking ⬇️ Combine the things you want to learn to bite sized chunks. Mmmmmm yum

Any suggestions or methods to remember the Chinese tone combinations for each word?
@spoonfedstudy
@spoonfedstudy Ай бұрын
Ooh yes. In short, you have to connect the word with the tone and the meaning all in one go with as many varied contexts as possible. It’s not going to be easy in the short-run but in the long-run, you’ll get much closer to being native. Do not use mnemonics or shortcuts as a crutch. It only clutters your brain and creates a second step for you to analytically get to the answer. Instead, practice it how a native person would think it, that is, practice it until you intuitively know it. Think of your own native language - you’d never use mnemonics or a “method” to remember your own native tongue right? Would be incredibly inefficient and slow. Don’t handicap yourself like that for other languages either.

I feel the video has too much effect and animate which is not necessary. Most of your audience has high curiosity which means even you just talk straight to the camera without any effect. We are able to focus unlike other audience who watch TikTok. And more effect might actually make your audience annoy. I have watched some of your previous video and help it very helpful. But this video I didn’t learn anything, is a bit basic for people who are into learning or studying (I assume around half of your audience).

Many genetically gifted people most likely don't accomplish much, but it seems like anybody who accomplishes much must be genetically gifted. I would assume most of the self-help audience is below average, given the nature of the content, and that 50% of people must be below average. What is the case for these people? Do you think your videos help?
