The first point is extremely disturbing for some reason. Please don't confront me with this ever again I am so close to an existential crisis I really can't afford having right now

The unfortunate reality is most of this comes naturally to you or it doesn’t. I’ve been doing this stuff basically my entire life on accident

As different people have different perceptions of the objective world, it is possible, and I believe, is better to shift your perception (gaslight yourself) to never think that pain is not a pain - it is a temporary incovinience. Annoyance is a signal to learn other ways of doing the same thingm. Etc. Shift your perception into learning different new patterns instead of reusing the currently most beneficial ones. The wonderful thing about the brain is that the old patterns WILL eventually fade away as long as the new system is used frequently.

I try to be better, it’s been hard with ADHD though. I almost never use social media but am an avid gamer or get distracted easily by all sorts of things. Sometimes I walk into a room with a plan and when I stand in the room, I completely forgot what it was I wanted to do. Then I get distracted by something else.

It’s so funny jumping from (self help) approach after approach and see that it’s exactly like the movie “i❤huckabees”. It requires every approach. They are all valid and provide different results.

What is your actual merit for saying this, collective co fort zone? That is just some made up shit, what research verifies your theories? If I grind 24 hours of the day to become a teacher, will my life suck less? Not everyone can become a influencer, banker, entreprenur etc.

You are just telling people to do the usal american individualism. Encourage them to step out of their comfort zone and collectively make a change. Instead of just you saying fuck you to your boss, all of the employees say fuck you to the boss.

Key Notes / Takeaways: • Be aware of & write down all bad habits that waste dopamine. • Eliminate all bad habits / dopamine wasters to create an environment where success is the only option, and hard, productive things become your source of pleasure. • Utilize dopamine first thing in the morning. Hardest tasks first. • Pair rewards with hard tasks to rewire your brain to crave doing those hard tasks. • Lack of rest leads to reduced efficiency, poor mental health, and low dopamine power meters. Rest up sufficiently at the end of every day and every week.

Someday people will understand that only they define what “success” is. And today 99% of people try to convince others that they are successful, without having any idea what they even want to achieve with this.

My grandparents always told me live yr life as if you are going to live forever yet live yr life as if yr going to die tomorrow (which means do what needs to be done today dont leave it for Tomorrow yet have an overall goals about how you want yr whole life to turn out this concept is pretty much similar to what he was saying in the video)
