I feel like if Russ Cargill became a mutant from the toxic lake thanks to Homer dumping an overflowing silo filled with pig excrement into the lake. It would be an epic final battle between the mutant Russ Cargill and Springfield. Homer would feel more regretful for his irresponsible actions and tries to fix it.
