to think, they maybe could have gone "Age of Empires" on all the Objects and Sims, having Inbaked Shadows. like a Animation that Produces a Basic Dynamic Shadow under the Sim, or a Sprite with Baked in Shadows. nothing fancy, just not a Disc unless people picked "Low"

I mean yeah they kinda looked like they came straight from space quest (which fun fact I learned from game over compilations on KZbin) but that they are also monkeys (I am sorry for anyone who will say that this is raciest but early Sims 1 sims really do look like Space quest moneys to me)
