The best thing about fireworks is that it's so random... Kinda like playing battleships when you've gathered a few sims inside a large room. As long as you have a single door with a narrow hall and put your firework stand in the hall near the door when your 'ships' are setup, the bigger the room, the more fun. Need to go outside each shot tho. 🙂

Not trying to be a dick or anything, but i feel like the genie strats just rip the fun out of the challenge. It's also consistently your answer to any money challenge in the sims when you play it, so it's getting a bit old. Maybe limit yourself to one genie lamp if you really wanna use it? But i think it'd be more interesting to see how you would figure these kind of challenges out without the genie lamp. You're pretty much just using the simoleons cheat with extra steps cos there isn't much that's gonna backfire with the genie. Like use the Rain of Riches spell if you really want to later. At least that takes a bit of effort to pull off and you need a lot of logic skill to make it faster. But i don't see the point in setting yourself a money challenge and then giving yourself free money from the genie. There's a tonne of other things you could do. Work, paint, make honey, grow crops, make gnomes (gnomes are pretty broken too tbh), spin thread... I'm sure im forgetting a couple too. I think you can even adopt a dragon and sell the scales, though maybe you just get the magic currency for dragon parts. I think you could also sell wine? But i cant remember...
@robertharris609211 ай бұрын
110%. It just makes everything predictable and removes any actual gameplay.
@vazzaroth10 ай бұрын
I wouldn't mind one or two but getting a ton instantly is pretty lame. I mean I came here thinking I'd see somone struggle to buy an extra room and then struggle to decorate it but at the end it would all be worth it b/c they'd now finally have a real toilet... instead we got a man frantically running around in a lap and buying 40 tiles at a time and not even filling them up only to get a few more little lamps for the laps. At a certain point it's like is this even Sims 1 or what am I watching? A man doing an agility clicking test to make sure he doesn't light himself on fire and then randomly ending the narrative with fire occasionally anyway? I guess? It's FINE but I def watched on 1.5x speed and skipped ahead quite a bit b/c after you see 2 lamps, you're basically done w/ the concept since scale isn't interesting.

@Paradox_Edge11 ай бұрын
It was actually a lore choice to have the music the way that it is. I'm dead serious. The lore behind The Sims is something along the lines of 60s simulation stagnation with a bunch of things going wrong with the timeline causing reality leaks and a dimensional collapse. It's why most things feel 60s inspired but then also why you have super high tech futuristic stuff. It also helps explain all the very clearly supernatural stuff going on in the game. Sims lore is pretty crazy if you look into it, dude.

One tip for anyone taking on the 100 baby challenge in Sims 4 is to constantly be in a state of pregnant. Not only are pregnant sims impervious to death, their aging stops as well. If your Sim gives birth try to get a partner as quickly as possible to become an ageless immortal once more. Another tip is to get a dog, cat, or horse. Pets count toward the household limit and can help keep your Sim from having twins or triplets once the household reaches a set size. Dealing with two or three infants at once is a nightmare. Good luck!

Male 100 baby challenge is crazy too. Some people have set rules like you have to live with the mother until the baby is born etc. but if you go by the same rules as the female challenge; it’s so easy lol. I made an alien sim and although only 4 of his 100 babies were actually aliens, once his kids all aged up literally 2/3 of the town were green. And related. I get what I did was technically cheating since male 100 baby challenge has different rules to make it harder, I just wanted to see how easy it would be with genders switched. I ended up impregnating every single female sim in the world some multiple times. And made most of them my girlfriends and broke up some marriages. When I “won” the challenge I celebrated by inviting every one of my girlfriends over for a party, kissed my oldest old lady girlfriend in front of all of them, and instantly made 30 or so enemies. It was a fun challenge. Also my sim who was himself an alien kept getting abducted and impregnated by aliens? It happened three times! But I didn’t count those babies and sent them directly back to space.
