The Sims 4 person invisible glitch

While i was playing the game the nanny came to my sims house. i thought that the sim was coming and that my sims can talk to her. As you can see the sim is talking to no one as if she went crazy but apparently their is an invisible nanny unless this person is a ghost.

hey, I have a glitch where my sims are invisible in game and in cas. Do you know how to fix it? I've tried so many methods but nothing was worked so far.
