Remember to stretch the muscles. I was stretching but not enough. Im somewhat muscled & weak lungs. Tightened chest/ shoulders muscles were creating havoc with the BP & lungs. Stretched & stretched & finally getting some relief on tension & BP is back to normal

Some days before, you did a live session on the daily training/coaching at your institute. If its recorded, can you please upload it on youtube so that those who missed it can also watch and see what the powerbatics training actually looks like.

I see some similarities to arm balances that I have in my yoga practice. Im working through several weak links. One of my weak links is tangled fascia. I have bee working to break the adhesions that pull me into habitual (and incorrect) movement patterns I love these videos and appreciate your wholistic message,

How to train with your help?

Patrick. I need you to re- learn your airflare. You need to practice the airflare from the traditional swing method and throw. A walkover handstand is too vertical and is not a hack for the traditional airflare. Your gonna have to learn it from the swoop. Yes u will crash many times. Work on the #1 hand turning inwards for the NY start, then get ready for the swoop, keep ur torso & hips 45 degrees before you throw and catch on the otherside. U can create some shoulder exercises because the average bboy injures their shoulders learning airflares. As long as theres a swooop and a throw over your chest ( Not, ur so high up, your throwing over your head in a handstand ), but swoop and over your chest, and catch on the other side of your body. It is in no way a handstand. Its looks like your free falling on your back 45 degrees in the air chest to sky when you throw. Your body is nowhere near the star position when you throw your " high airflare ". Once you master the swoop airflare, you can so to speak do it higher which would be a high airflare... High airflares aren't wut walkover airflare people think it is. 95% of people who try the walkover method never learn airflares unless they are under the direct supervision irl of a guru which is very rare. Please re learn. I can help you. Send me ur progress. You said it urself, don't mistake videos for instruction.
