This is home to me. Happened minutes from me. Familiar with all the families. The Murdaughs have been wronging people for years. Little Paul had an alter ego, named "Timmy" a violent/crazy version of himself that would come out when he was drunk. He would strip down to his boxers and start being abusive and vulgar. For years, they have gotten away with horrible things. And YES, they ABSOLUTELY have many enemies. Regardless, murder is tragic. I feel certain it's going to come out, that the family had something to do with Smith's murder..like the housekeeper's. Such a terrible situation all around. Many families lives ruined...hope they each get the justice they deserve.

Do you think they found the tool or the Toyota that had the blue paint they tested from the 2015 murder? They are being cryptic about it, but I think they know Paul killed his mom, but because there are so many murders attributed the Paul, they are going to try the dad because he covered them up? Also, Buster bought the alcohol for the kids on the boat, so there could be charges for that as well. The chatter is that Paul got mad and killed his mom with the shotgun and then used the handgun to kill himself when he realized what he did. That is karma as the dad covered up his crimes for years. he is connected to three deaths even before the boat wreck.

Lot of hate because the family is wealthy. There is only one case in which a family member was, or might have been, responsible for the death of another--the boating accident. There is no evidence linking anyone with the death of the kid on the road. A crime may very well have occurred--possibly even murder--but there's no evidence linking anybody to the crime, as far as we know. And the housekeeper probably did fall--accidental death. The boating incident wasn't the only thing the kid was involved with, he had a pretty long list of people that probably wouldn't have killed him, but I'm sure they aren't shedding tears over it. Whoever did this obviously had a pretty good knowledge of the area, because this is a very isolated area that nobody is just going to randomly find. Either way this was either an extremely well planned attack or it was extremely lucky considering the father came home only 30 minutes after the murder. They've really given no indication if it could be a murder/suicide, but the info released has been pretty vague and sparse anyway.

I saw on another video that they had ruled out murder suicide. I think one reason given was the number of shots they both had.

I told her and she had me write it down so she could subscribe and watch to! I’ve recommended you to all my friends and family as well. Everyone should know about Mike!

Who’s “he?” The kid who got shot has witnesses from the boat to prove that it wasn’t an intentional death. He was drunk, he crashed the boat, and one of the girls died. That’s just negligence and likely manslaughter. To be able to plan out crashing the boat and everyone surviving except for one person is ridiculous. Not to mention, the other kid who was in a hit and run has nothing to do with the kid who got shot. The rumors are surround his older brother. I don’t think these deaths were all committed by one guy. One was a legit accident, another was likely a coverup of some kind, and the lady falling, I have no idea what that is. But that doesn’t sound like one person going around killing people. The evidence doesn’t point to one killer and it doesn’t even make sense to suggest that. At worst, three different members of the Murdough family have killed three different people. One was definitely on accident, one likely WASNT an accident, and one could have been anything honestly. But at best, the youngest son accidentally killed a friend of his, the hit and run had nothing to do with them, and the lady genuinely fell on her own and it ended up being fatal. I doubt that’s the case, but it’s certainly possible. I still dont know who you think this “he” is that’s going around running people over with a gun, murdering people on the lake by strategically crashing boats, and making sure people fall in just the right way to die lol it’s just not even possible

@a_lucientes3 жыл бұрын
@@oblivious93massacre That is a huge difference actually, compared to being charged with intentional homicide. Laws and the names of charges vary state to state. In NC (correction: SC) he was facing three felony charges for causing a death while boating under the influence. He probably would have received what amounted to as a slap on the wrist because he was drunk, it was foggy and he was wealthy and well connected and it was an unintentional. I'm sure that's a big part of what pissed people off. He was a real piece of work. It was reported that he had also slapped, spit and shoved her right before the accident. Still, intention makes a big difference in the eyes of the law, even if Im sure it makes little difference in the eyes of the her family and loved ones.

Holy cow what an unlikable family, I’ve never felt less sympathetic to the victims featured on this channel until now. Considering the control this family had on the town I wouldn’t be surprised if someone decided to take justice into their own hands. Oh well.

When i see these "powerful" and/or "well respected" families in photos or in the local society magazines at events they always seem creepy, weird and miserable. The kids often seem either sad or slightly messed up and the parents seem like they are one argument away from murdering each other.
