I, at one point, was able to not only remember them but had ability to control them and realized they were dreams. I could Astral travel and had a grand Astral Temple. But then I was devastated by the passing of my sister. I lost it all and had for 20 years. Now, I am once again working on gaining those abilities back. At this point I have gone from not having a single memory of a dream for 20 years to beginning to remember them again. Even have had a bit of success on Astral Travel again. It was a hard, long path from that dark, empty void that was created from her passing, but I have re-awakened a spiritual side to me that has created great peace and gnosis within.

When I was 2 years old I constantly had dreams of leaving my body, which terrified me because I was conscious of my dreams and falling back into my body from the sky. Also at 2 years old I had one of the weirdest dreams I've ever had. In the dream I was pulled up into the clouds and a beautiful black haired woman appeared who I recognized to be my wife in a life I had before on another world far away. Suddenly I had all these memories of another life. She said she had to go far away for many years but would one day come back for me. I lost those memories when the dream ended but I've never forgotten the dream or a little knowledge I was left with. Mainly that the Holy Spirit would stay here with me to protect me and my parents. Also I'm here to witness the last days. Around 12 years ago I started having dreams that come true and leave me knowing something about the future sometimes. The first one was experiencing my grandmother's death, which happened exactly like the dream about 2 months later. Then over the last 4 years I keep dreaming about a beautiful black haired woman in church. The first dream revealed that she was about to say hi to me and then three dreams revealed to me that I would walk by her and say hi again that morning. I had left her church and was going to another church for months when the last dream let me know it was going to happen in the new church that day. She's disappeared for now. Life is weird. The only dreams I seem to remember anymore are the ones that come true.

I found Shirlest’s Hidden Pineal Gland Activation methods purely by accident, but it was the best decision ever. My intuitive abilities have skyrocketed, and I'm tapping into creative ideas I never thought I had. The experience has been surreal!

I can smell and hear as well as see vivid colors in dreams. Recently I dreamed that one character was animated. Then later faded a total animation dream. Also experience what I call drift dreams when I know I’m still awake, I only view them and are not active in them. Just close my eyes and images appear. Learned when I was a kid to not worry my parents with my dreams. They would continue or modify as I aged and had the same ones over and over again.

Just had to share how the Hidden Pineal Gland Activation from Shirlest changed my life. The first time I used the techniques, I felt a shift in my awareness. Now my intuition guides me, and I’m exploring vivid dreams every night!

In my early teen yrs i remember seperating from my body lots of times, till one night i went up so high that i saw the earth getting smaller and smaller, i kept my eyes on it because i wanted to remember where my home was, but i started to loose control and as if i was being suck away, i got frighten and forced myself back, i woke up and thought to myself " ill never do that again." Im 62 now it dont happen as much anymore. Only if i imagine it and meditate on it when i go to bed.

I'm a paranormal investigator. A few years back I had two vivid dreams over two consecutive nights. Both dreams involved a man and woman dressed in black. Both the male and female told me to stop investigating a certain location. So I'm guessing, having not watched the video yet, that the danger of tapping into your dreams is that although we are asleep, we have more of a conscious role in those dreams. We go from passive voyeurs to active participants. And I believe that the more we remember our dreams, the more we are able to cross into parallel dimensions, albeit briefly. And the more we do that accidently, the more likely we are to come to the attention of those 'orhers' for whom this is a natural way of moving about and at times accessing our subconscious whenevrr they wish.

I experienced my first obe at 9 years of age. I "woke up," and I was disoriented for a few moments until I realized I was on the ceiling looking down on myself sleeping. As the realization registered, I was slammed, abruptly, and jarringly back in my body on the bed. After a few times it stopped, then at 12yo began again, braver and began exploring im now 63 and still travel often. All I can tell you is: William Shakespeare said it most eloquently " There are more things in heaven and earth Horatio, than are drempt of in your philosophies." Hamlet 5.6 163-165

Yes. Astral journeys are real to me. I have out of body experiences of floating in the sky observing all below me. On few occasion even was attracted by an intense force unable to move, but holded in the super magnetic centre of black spaces, with the only reaction of crying before it. When an outlined shape of an woman figure of maa kali lit before me instantly & disappeared with awaking. The result of comfort and satisfaction was immense and cool giving me a pleasure of solace.

Its been so long since ive remembered a dream or known if I've had one . I always thought it was from head injuries as a child that i couldn't .or my body is protecting me from having Dreams of things that actually happened to me. The ones I have remembered are just reliving events that actually happened .

I have rarely remembered my dreams in my 57 years of life. Over the last year out of nowhere I Am remembering my dreams. I have been a Buddhist, and Taoist practitioner for twenty years. I have upped my practice to two to four Hours per day of meditation, Qi Gong, Yoga, TaiChi daily. I think the extra practice is helping. I have suffered severe social anxiety for ten years, and it is finally getting a little better. This video spoke of astral projection as well. Over the last year I have projected several times, and had quite a few lucid dreams as well.

I have the same although not for a while now. I can't seem to explain to people that it's not dejavu but it's exactly as I dreamt it to the smallest detail. I don't actually remember the dream until it starts to unfold in "real" life and like you said I can change the outcome. They're nothing special just everyday stuff. I remember the first one when I was about 10. It was just kicking a rock on the way to school. Nothing special but exactly how I'd dreamt it months before. I just didn't remember the dream until it came true. It leads me to believe that maybe our lives are already planned and we have the ability to alter them for the better. Anyhow I don't have them anymore. I put that down to too much chaos in our lives today...and too much KZbin distracting me. Sadly I think I've lost my connection.

I explore new places and buildings in my dreams and find they are interconnected and I return from different directions. I can draw a basic map of That Other Place I go to. But when I tell others of that place it’s a while before I remember that I returned. Last time I dreamed I was exploring a local building but it was all different and vast inside. It was in That Other Place. Encountered many passed relatives there but they were in their prime.
