Nneka Akudolu was told she had little chance of becoming a barrister after getting pregnant in university, now she's a member of the Queen's Counsel.
Nneka is the sixth, black, female QC in the UK and deals with the most serious criminal cases.
She said: "What people need to see is the possibilities beyond any obstacles."

Nice lady but the problem is there is so much corruption in the legal system that barristers and solicitors quickly become tarnished.....so much corruption it’s incredible. Total lottery and I would passionately hate to be working as a barrister due to the type of people who you would be around including corrupt judges corrupt CPS and corrupt police......my worst fear actually. I am currently trying to help a lady who was convicted without evidence for life in prison. She was not even at the murder and these days the barristers are managing to put these unfortunate people behind bars with little evidence. Try and unravel the mess they make during the trial is next to impossible. The problem is that barristers will not challenge each other making the appeal proccess non existent.

Not be that guy but 6 is 3% of All uk QCs and a black woman in the UK is about 3% of the population so it isn't really discrimination since the percentages match

So predictable : same old story with one being "the first black", then we're being told that one fell pregnant and being a 'single mother' - enough of that narrative already!.
@RenaissanceBoss

The victimhood persists even after achieving success. They still have to push the narrative. This is what happens when there's endless flow of money to worthless causes. They have to perpetuate victimhood to create more victims to justify more funding. Everybody has a struggle.

Along with her being a single parent : it's like some people are taking part in an exercise where they have to "tick the boxes" merely to live up to any number of expectations - some of them negative and predictable.

About queen and masons: On December 31, 2018, I was involved in a gas explosion, a terrorist attack organized by ISIS in Russia in Magnitogorsk due to the fact that I smoked weed (calling it gas) and masturbate on a guy photo with a song from a James Bond movie there was a line “always hit the floor”, in the house where it happened the terrorist attack on the 7th entrance, the floors on all floors were blown up. (Mag) because I loved to sing Muslim Magomayev, (NITO) - Nikita Topchy, it’s me. Summer of 2020 they managed a terrorist attack in Beirut. The ship in Beirut belonged to Igor Grechushkin, at the age of 17-19 I knew a girl with the name Vika Grechka and went a couple of times to the Beirut restoraunt. Judging by the actions of the Queen of Great Britain, who gave me instructions what to do to be left alone, it can be assumed that she is above the Masonic Priory and terr attacks is all at her will, same as coronavirus

This African Woman is not allowed to be a Barrister in England as she is not British. She is lying about cases she is doing on camera! There are no cases against cannabis use as it is legal in the UK!

Congratulations to Nneka for her job title. What I do not understand is I see her no different to anyone else so why make a big deal of it just because she is of African descent and a woman? This is what gets me abit confused. Lets just get on with it.

It’s because people of her background have been historically discriminated against in the legal profession (and still are to some extent today) and thats why so few have until now made it to that level

You obviously know nothing about just how hard it is for a ethnic person to get into this profession and the highest level. Or are you just uneducated on how overall a person of colour can struggle in all types of situations and jobs compared to whites!

the profession is a lot about using nepotism to get a pupillage to train to be a barrister so it's extremely hard for people without it to just get into the profession, let alone rise to the rank of QC/KC, even if you're white british, she's had to overcome even more prejudice in comparison to her counterparts for a profession dominated by white men from a certain class. She is truly an inspiration to many
