hello there! this video is the first of a new series I am creating with the support of Linklaters to help give more online exposure to the legal profession. when I was a young student I felt very lost and confused entering the world of career events and graduate schemes - I felt like an outsider. i'm hoping that this series helps open up the profession to more students across the UK, and gives a realistic idea of not just trainee life, but how you can get involved in similar opportunities - no matter your background! much love, eve x

MrDarudin Funnily enough I work for a charity that used to be considered as part of the civil service. I get to conserve historical properties for people to visit them. I mean I totally get why people would want to work in a law firm in London with indoor gyms and what not, but I suppose it is because I am blessed to work in such amazing environment with stunning views of countryside that spending all day everyday in an office is just my version of hell.

@@kellynorman9270 Yeah, I made the mistake of going into law enforcment after my undegrad. Being exposed to the less than flashy sides of society makes you unable to work in big cities without constantly being aware of the less priviliged.
