I have been a vegan for the most part of the last eight years. Over the last six weeks I have slowly turned 180. Now eating mainly animal based. Some fruits here and there. I feel better than ever I every way! I am simply amazed. And about the poop thing, that's very true as well. Nothing on the paper! Thank you, Paul, for the help along the way.

Don't be confused. Just look at people who live longest. They eat mainly veg and some meat. Our guts are long. Our mandible has lateral movement. We are simply omnivores leaning on the veg side.

Well, eating meat developed our brains. I agree that we are omnivores, but leaning to animal. All grass eating animals have completely different digestive systems. Cows have 4 stomachs. Human small intestines are about 6 meter long(20 ft), cat’s intestines are 1.5 meter long. Cats are obligated carnivores. Our intestines are only 4 times longer than cat’s, and we are at least 30 times bigger. Most of the veggies were non existent only 500 years ago.

@@danielwilson1105I agree somewhat. Variety is good. Don't eat just meat. And don't eat in large quantities. Overall, eat less calories than you think you need. Proven to help you live longer. And the bigger point is when you stop being vegan and go to animal based, you stop eating so much junk processed foods, toxic chemicals, seed oils, bleaching agents and deodorizers, etc etc. So it might not be what you're eating per say, but more so, what you're NOT eating anymore.

21:27 I inherited family land where cattle had been in this pasture for probably around 75 years. I planted a bunch of oak trees and the rate that these trees grew was amazing! Animals on the land is essential! The National Forests in the United States could easily support Millions of Cattle that could graze underneath large trees. Also these animals would keep the undergrowth under control. This would be preventative of wild fires. We need to make this happen!

I apologize for your country Because in reality they have a lot of dollars and no sense. that plan is too practical too environmentally friendly. And everything is about stack it high and sell it cheap to the sheep who are AKA American consumers. now they have grass fed meat now it'll be grass forced meat grazed in the forest. which I would buy it because it will have 10 times more trace minerals because the trees send the roots deeper into the earth and pull out more minerals and then the cows will eat the leaves of the trees when they fall on the ground And given nutrients from the leaves off the tree oak trees.

Regenerative agriculture is definitely where it's at but I will say cows can't really graze too much under big trees I'd grass doesn't grow there lol there is a local farm that has a pecan orchard and they let the cows in there sometimes . The trees are spaced far enough so there is good patches of grass . The cows graze and in turn fertilize the trees.

Was vegan for 18 years. No more. A year before getting pregnant I started eating eggs and cheese again. Now at 5 months postpartum I am listening to my body and began eating beef again about a month ago. I feel great. I have began taking a beef liver supplement and I eat steak almost everyday. I also have 4 eggs a day. My body is replenishing so many nutrients it was missing out on.

You want a real treat, start making your own clay based cleaning mud for the body. Add sandalwood powder or your fvaorit essential oil to soft clay powder with rose water, yogurt or kefir, even coffee grounds, and rub that all over in the shower. Rinse and your skin will be baby soft and smell beautiful. Feels cooling as well so great for summer. And you can experiment with what you add. Sometimes I add raw honey, rose hip oil, etc.

Honestly, the safest place to be is not at the hospital. Nothing they give you helps. It just has side effects and causes more "diseases." If hospitals were meant to heal, they'd go out of business. Absolutely, I already have. We've been lied to our whole lives. Medicine is poison. Think about it, if there aren't cures, what is the point of medicine, management of symptoms? What symptoms, the ones caused by medicine they gave you after you had "elevated" labs? It's ALL bullshit. Go to the ER, and they treat symptoms, not the root disease.

In 1997 I worked with a woman who smoked and drank but had the most glowing skin. Her secret? She never washed her face. No 3 step routine, no water, she just applied a decent moisturizer at night (and it was cheap, lol) and that was it. I started doing the same and never looked back. 53 and my skin is better than my coworkers half my age. Even I am stunned at the difference it has made, and saved me a ton of money. Rainwater touches my face when I'm out and about, but that's it besides moisture before bed. And yes, I even used to apply it over my makeup. Haven't needed that for years but that's how I got here. No sunscreens either, and I'm a natural blonde with alabaster skin who spends a good amount of time outside.

Ive had 4 kids (pregnant with #5) my first i was on a SAD diet and got GD. That was my turing point if finding a Ketogenic lifestyle. Had 3 Keto pregnancies 2 of which went great and 1 that i had placenta previa with hemorrhage and had to live in a hospital for a month but had nothing to so with diet . This one is my first carnivore/ketovore pregnancy and it is by far the best. I jave energy, im not bloated, my weight gain seems to be just baby and fluid. I am 38 , an advanced maternal age and this is a surprise baby. I feel much better than my 1st at 26 and thats with caring for 4 others kids and running my own bussiness as well. Also if i eat alot of lose fat i definitely dont have ghost poops ...maybe poltergeist poop i guess. You know like where everything is fine then all of a sudden all your chairs are stacked on the table ....yeah it gives that vibe. Its not imflamed or bad though just loose. Soild fat though doesnt do that though. Also o disagree with fertility going down with keto....obviously . Im spittingbthe babies out too easily lol. I do eat seafood and take iodine for breas lt health so that may help. Ive been living a ketogenic lifestyle for over 10 years npw with 3 of those being carnivore. Ive never been more healthy ,looked as good, or apparently still very fertile over 35

Is there any reason to not eat 8 eggs everyday? I have been consistently eating that for breakfast for ~2 months as a part of modified carnivore. The eggs are the highest quality I can get and I feel fine I’m just wondering if there’s any reason I shouldn’t eat that many.

I doubt it's gut as much as insulin resistance. For many people, high fat means the body can't make use of the sugar, so your blood sugar gets way too high and your body tries to excrete that via urine. That's why needing to pee a lot of a hallmark of diabetes. You can't eat low or moderate fat while eating solely meat.

I believe I developed a peanut intolerance after a heb bee va$$ne. Then a couple years later when I was eating more nuts and seeds i started to get the rash on my hands. I buy nuts from a farm where that is all they grow and process and I'm fine.

@trumpdrago517 yeah think what you said is key. If you're already lean and metabolically healthy, have an active lifestyle etc then incorporating some carbs into your diet - fruit, raw honey, sweet potato, even some white rice etc isn't going to negatively effect your hormone levels. On the flip side, if you're insulin resistant and holding body fat, better to avoid carbs completely in my opinion. You want to re-regulate your body and be in pure fat burning mode (ketosis) until the weight is off.
