I felt bad for him, obviously he didn't get any sauce for his chicken, as he went ahead and had the mashed potatoes, his water was bad, and the over priced cake was horrible. Thank God he got the kids meal, maybe the hit wasn't so bad, but looking at that menu, it has outrageous prices, you'd think they were at Five Guys or something... Sheesh!

*Brussels Sprouts* ... my favourite. Cut off the stalk completely. Peel off the outer leaves. Then the secret : make a cross cut through the base of the stalk a little ways into the bud. Put in a pot, add boiling water, add salt, and put on the pot lid. Put on a hot plate and bring back to the boil, then tilt the pot lid turn down the hear and simmer for 18 mins. Drain and enjoy !

I was at DHS a few years ago and lightning struck one of the buildings with a lightning rod on the main street there. It was unbelievable loud and scared the heck out of everyone. We knew it hit the lighting rod because you could see it smoking afterward.
