In todays video we take out 4 door Honda Civic Sleeper build to the next level! We install the B18 engine in the freshly painted engine bay and install the turbo! We also do custom intercooler and exhaust and start it for the first time! This thing sounds so sweet and i cant wait to see it rip on the dyno!

Exhaust would sound killer with a gesi high flow cat and and vibrant resonator... Still louder than stock, but fairly hush, mellow and smooth. No rasp

That exhaust is going to be a big restriction. You should have atleast a 2.75 on. Run a exhaust cut out and a stock exhaust out the back. We just had a car on the dyno with a 2 1/4 exhaust. With dump closed it made 12 psi and didnt want to make more boost/struggling up top. Open the dump it made 16 and wanted more.

Honda is a min 3". Maybe 2.75 with the ls

@vasilijevukadinovic6843 3" is min for k, but for b series and boost with a good 2.75 flowing exhaust we really don't see issues with restrictions (based on the manifold) below 415-420. 2.5 is great for about 350. 3 for 400+

@danielhaynes1642 I would disagree. Getting rid of a cat got me 45hp changing nothing else. 300 to 345. Going from 2.5 to 3 I gained 20. All done on the dyno

Heat wrap that turbo drain. It will melt. I had a fire with that same nylon wrapped hose and it was 3 inches from my manifold

Because u didn't do 3" exhaust all the way. U will lose anywhere from 20-50hp on a 300-350hp build. Fix that immediately. Absolute no no on a honda. Might not be as crazy with a ls but with a vtec it really is a must. Just a 2 1/2 with a cat on a gsr dynoing 300 if u just get rid of the cat not changing anything. U will dyno 350hp with that turbo u are using. Let it breathe set it free 😢
