This sentiment is ridiculous to me. I understand the risks but this is an extremely rare case. More kids get kidnapped walking to school yet you probably don’t think twice about that. I was raped and SA'd by her dad and he abducted me for 4 days, he broke 9 of my bones, and If I hadn't called 911 on the 4th day, then a few hours later I would've been dead😢 I'm doin better now but it is trauma for life
