Once I discovered Walking on a Dream, I was interested in Luke's musical style. My brother managed to find Miniskirt, and I remember he asked me who I thought this was. Once I figured it out, I was glad to hear that Luke has had several musical influences in his career. PNAU, Sleepy Jackson, and Empire of the Sun have simultaneously been a part of my music library, and they have a beautiful spot in my life and memory. I hope one day he returns to work more on Sleepy Jackson. but anyway it goes, I love the guy. I love this song. I've danced to his music with friends and lovers, and I thank him for that. I haven't met anyone who has ever heard of Sleepy Jackson or Miniskirt. But I know they'll be cool. Much love.

Thanks, you're cool too I'd like to hang around with ya but i'm from brazil lmao I managed to make the sleepy jackson famous in my close social group back in middle school, and by the time that Alive came out, most ppl at least in my class knew who The Sleepy Jackson were and some ppl pointed out it was him in the song and i didnt even know it was the same dude from TSJ The song was a huge hit here, it was on "the 7 best" of jovem pan radio and stuff, i feel so proud no joke, that i could impact my fellows' music taste, i remember being the only fan of TSJ on school, then in 2013/14 the girls were blasting Alive and Walking on a Dream in the classroom during the breaks

Sleepy never full-realised its potential, even with all these wonderful songs. Miniskirt is proof that Luke always had the right stuff: It's still one of the best songs to his name. Post Walking on a Dream, I can't help but feel that LA has diluted the quirks that made him so unique in the first place.

These guys were born awesome. Ever since I heard empire of the sun I started to listen to their other music projects. Absolutely wonderful music they do. Found my new favorite musicians of the modern age. They deserve a Nobel award for their efforts as almost all other modern bands are awful fake sound a likes that deserve to be ignored and not played mercilessly on the radio at my gym. You know something will suck when you pay $20 a month for overall great gym facilities. In my case it’s the awful music. Gag me with a telephone pole with that fake garbage. I’d rather die a painful death than listen to something warping my brain and destroying my ability to retain urine and feces in a normal, healthy manner
