Posting on every small map vid: Remove stone from the map. No towers , no castle drops. Force military units. this was a fun game because we actually saw some military units, but unfortunately it was still essentially a tower game / race to castle.

It felt like MBL tapped out quite early in this one. Not saying a comeback was possible just didn't feel like MBL was completely crushed which i thought was the goal of these games

Yeah I'm not sure I understand how MBL lost here, He had a lot of map control with those towers, that sneaky tower under the castle seemed great and was still picking off vills, the castle was pretty defensive so can't do much in terms of push, and can only do so much as a single unit, MBL seemed relatively safe for getting resources and building a castle, he can afford to defend the opening while he plans an offensive or waits till Capoch makes a mistake.

I think after fletching and bodkin he would be unable to take any gold and couldn't do much about a karambit mass. He was also pretty far away from Castle.

hes just going to get flooded with karambits I don't see what he could realistically do... For entertainment purposes maybe it would've been more fun to see him try to get a castle up but even if it goes up the karambits will just sit under it and kill it

nah he had no resources going up castle age and didnt have a castle, he is basicly down 700 food and 100 gold an 2,5 min of townhall production. He also has to deal with karambit warriors which he cant because he is still fuedal age. so its very much lost in this position.

I love the smallest maps because how fast things could swing when mbl got the towers down he sacrificed going to castle at a fast pace but it seemed like the winning play with all those towers going up but the castle just swung everything right back

The prep mentioned (not being able to batter down the wall with vils) would apply to the regular version of this map too, not specifically the tiny version. Still understandable that it wasn't done, but it's a valid criticism all the same.
