Nobody is working in the Philippines for $2.18 cents an hour. I paid my call center reps $6 an hour and that was considered a “reasonable” wage for a moderately skilled worker. You’re at least $1K a month to hire someone full time that actually knows what they are doing.

I got fired for making KZbin videos at work. Now i'm all in on this adventure. Here are my personal notes from Sean's video. 1:15 - how do i scale from $1k per month to $3k per month? 2:15 - what activities are driving the most revenue? 3:42 - Everything ain't for everybody (coaching for education channels) 7:00 - Multiple streams of income too soon 10:03 - Optimize your systems 11:43 - Leverage other people's minds and experiences 12:40 - Coaching with Think Media 14:05 - Avoid the Squirrel Brain lol 🐿 16:23 - Warning! 17:07 - 80/20 Rule 18:46 - Hire a video editor (Mine is in Bangledesh. $30 can buy her a night a nice hotel and dinner) 22:07 - Rank videos

You all are Fortunate to have started KZbin. I had a friend put us on KZbin in 2008. We were in High school. I wish I knew the monetary value of KZbin back in the days.

Quick question: I post daily, I'm blessed enough to hire more editors. I dont want to burn out my audience with content. But if I triple my posting, it would most certainly grow 3x faster. Right? or should I do a trail month and flood my channel. I grew (with the help of God) from 800 followers to 320,000 in 6 months. posting once daily. I specialize in shorts content, the more I can earn the more people I'd hire for scalability. Helping their families with income. (Pulling a King solomon here, controlling the ports of the mediterranean sea if you will) to build out. anyway, let me know, would this cause burn out?

‼️Please don’t promote paying Filipino freelancers such low wages. That’s just preying on people’s need to survive. 😡 To my fellow Filipinos who are skilled freelance video editors, please have some self-respect and negotiate against such cheap labor. You deserve more than that and there are clients out there who are willing to pay more for your talent and hard work. Video editing takes skill, time to master, equipment, and subscriptions to pay for. 300 dollars for 40 hours a week or full-time freelance work (that’s excluding taxes, insurance, social security that you would get at a normal company) is a joke. WE ARE NOT CHEAP LABOR. 😡 Video at 19:04

Appreciate the feedback. I found those rates on onlinejobs.ph defined by the freelancers themselves. What would you say the range of fair base pay would be? Does it vary depending on the region (like city cost of living vs. more rural). Appreciate your feedback. 🙏🏻💯

The moment your side hustle allows you to afford a coach and then an assistant is the moment that side hustle will start to 🚀 🚀 🚀. Sean you just broke my mind with the simplest information and it’s what Hormozi preaches. You pay for a mentor/coach to save time. They know you don’t. Once you know you can do better, quicker and conserve energy. For me hiring an assistant would be a game changer. Maybe not best fit for KZbin but nonetheless a FORCE MULTIPLIER. They should do everything for you that is not your specialty so that you can focus and specialize even more.

KZbin technical support suck so bad.. I've been wanting to do live streams of me playing my songs about life for over a year now but every time i try to live stream i get a glitch happening where i get told that i need 50 subscribers.. but I've had more than that for a couple of years and I've no restrictions on my account etc.. but every time i try to get KZbin support to fix the glitch they tell me it's getting looked at but then they don't fix it and a month later i get in touch with them to see what's happening and they tell me AGAIN AND AGAIN that they are looking at it or ask me to verify who i am but when i try to do that it says I'm verified it is BEYOND frustrating.. every time i write to them i think they are just clicking a button to say it's been dealt with but no one is ACTUALLY taking ownership of the glitch fix and GETTING IT FIXED does anyone have any way to get it ACTUALLY fixed please? edit: I've been trying to get! KZbin technical support to fix this for a year now :(

I would make a video and announce a new channel so your subs can move to that one. The original has a problem that they either can't or won't figure out and you've wasted a year already. Live and learn.

I’ve got some plates going up in the air, if that makes any sense, but I only want the plates that are going to actually give me the best spin, you know?? 😊
