The point of this video for anyone interested is rememberence. The abandoned school is Vista Verde probably after (spoiler alert) the Sentinel's "hunts" and Korrigan's subsequent death were revealed to the public. Out of sheer lawsuits and public outcry, the school was closed. By the look of the mess, it was years later, and Kruger was thinking of the events that took place. Chances are he's probably scarred from it and wants some closure, hence picking up a Sentinal mask and just sitting there. Pretty symbolic for a survivor of a horrible event.

I fell in love with this tune from them as well as their other song "Strangers when we meet" featured briefly in the film and followed their music ever since. Extraordinary work from an incredibly under rated album! Glad to have grown up with their music, and help me through some rough times. Keep on Rockin!

I am so happy you posted this. I've seen it on 120 Minutes and it's so captivating and moody. It made me want to watch the movie even the movie is of questionable quality.

Does anybody know what song is playing after they leave the bar and drop Donny off? I can't remember exactly where in the movie it plays but I swear it sounds like a Depeche Mode song...

I must say, when I found out this was a music video created by someone who just splashed song over some movie scenes, I was skeptical, but I'm quite impressed by this, to be honest with you. Well done, and keep it up.

This isn't a fan made video. This is the version MTV used to show back in the day.

Dangerously Close is a terrible movie but the cinematography in it is fantastic and so is this song.

I actually liked that movie. True, it was made by The Cannon Group (Kings of crappy movies) but I thought this was one of their few decent flicks.

who is the actor in the video in the shades? is he one of the guys from the movie? which one? i'm not sure he's in the movie tho. he kinda looks like an early Clancy Brown, (bad guy from Highlander)
@clairefreeman62738 жыл бұрын
He appears to be the guy who plays Krooger only without his mohawk... "Time for that all-important first MAJOR buzz of the day!" :-) DId you also notice that even after the dog chases the Kroog-warrior into that river of water that his mohawk still comes up intact after getting wet. That mohawk defies the laws of physics and gravity as well as H20!

Ok look these old dudes with Caesar haircuts are from the 90s. When this song was released in 1986 lead singer was only 30-31. He's 40 here, looks older really, maybe due to drugs or other hard living (explains death at 62). Everyone is like "this song from the 80s." Ok you only heard this song in the 80s if you were in college. I was a child. I heard it in the 90s, along with a video of uggo dads. The band footage is from the mid 90s. Stop gaslighting me!

Nope; this is the original video from 1986. You're horribly wrong. Ceasar cuts were in the 80s too. I was in middle school when this song came out.

Horrible B movie. Even for 1986 standards. I remember the TV commercial. And I remember that car, the old Mustang. But you cannot beat the song

I thought it was a cool movie. Granted I was a jr. In high school but we all liked it. Love the soundtrack!
