Oh Yes, the SnapBack theory l Love it!!!! Food has always been a comforter for me as well and like you said We have to change our mindset and yes gain the control over those past demons we have had in our lives. l agree during those certain times of the month can be very trying but we have to find ways to go around those paths. Like you said lt's all You, my sistah this is a Lifelong journey that we have signed up for. But l Got You if You Got Me!!
